Well they with some of the ABDX team have been working on those improvements for 3 months now. Hopefully they will cross the finish line soon and it's another (of soon to be long line of) top quality product being made and sold by ABDX.

As we said yesterday, turning point has began. Onwards and very much upwards from here.

For a company valued pretty much @ cash in bank + cash owed .. ie NO future earnings priced in at all! what would making millions of tests month do to the SP?.... its coming folks, just a little more patients needed.

My bet would be the seller is the same person that was the buyer last week and yesterday.
I pointed it out yesterday that the MM’s were clearly helping them out. Large buys but no price movement up, but small sells and the SP was walked down to let them load up on the cheap. They now have a solid 15/20% profit after a week and are cashing it in IMOP.
The good news, they were not a massive player. Less than 1 million shares I would say so should be done soon.
Vatic EUA could drop on any day, Government payment the same. Also chances for a large player to ask ABDX to manufacture one of their tests for them, the Government (ours or others) going down the national Antibody testing route or some other large to medium contract or collaboration announced on any day.
Covid deaths and hospitalisations going up fast in the UK, China in trouble and the USA about to have the BA.2 wave hit them.
I think we will see the SP being marched up over the coming weeks hopefully getting into at least the 20’s.

Established business (14 years) that regally posted profit. Well positioned within a massively growing sector.

You have probably seen the stories today about Easyjet cancelling 62 flights due to staff being off with covid. This is an example of where I think, in time it becomes a no brainer for most companies to pick up the cost for regular covid testing.
I had a flight cancelled a few years ago (me, wife and our 3 kids). We got put in a hotel for the night, fed and a flight on a rivals airline the next day as well as if memory serves me £1800 in compensation. Something all airlines need to do and pay for by law. So just the 5 of us would have cost the airline around £3000 at least. Each cancelled flight costs the airlines big bucks! Obviously depending on how many people are booked on it, where it is going etc but let's say £100,000 on average at least.
You can buy a lot of covid tests for that money! Economically it will make sense to invest in testing even if it goes into the millions than lose reputations, clientele and money through fines, refunds etc. I'm very confident all big business and probably most small as well will start realising this and soon.

Yeah the real spread is small, currently 9.5/9.6 to sell and 10.0/10.1 to buy so around 5% spread.
Its MM games to help make buys look like sells. They are playing this for sure. More buys today than sells yet a SP fall. Blatant tree shake in my opinion. Now why do they want those shares?

If you look at the trades at the back end of last week and today its blatant MM price manipulation at play.
A small amount of sells and SP goes down a large percentage yet large buys have been coming in fairly regularly (often delayed to look like sells) and they don’t move it up.
It looks to me like someone is loading up and the MM’s are helping them out with keeping the SP supressed.

It all means that free float pool of shares is getting smaller though. As we have seen before, once this goes it will really fly!

I’m hoping Vatic go PLC at some point so I can get some shares in them also. I think they are the real deal and will become big players. Their tests mimic human cells which is a first and I believe is patented by them.
It’s a simple but genius idea. If the virus you are testing for is unable to attach itself to the cells in the test, then it will not be able to attach itself to real human cells which means you are not contagious to others. If it does attach it means you have it and you can pass it on. Basically if a Vatic test says you are positive then you are definitely positive…and contagious to others, 100% specific.
Going forward this is what will matter the most (am I contagious?). Yes hopefully Covid will stay mild and governments around the world can keep everyone topped up with Vaccines' but Covid is so contagious (most contagious thing known in the history of mankind) the mass absenteeism it can cause to business and supply chains still means Big problems. Tests that pick up dead virus, give false positives or class low viral loads (not contagious people) as positive can keep a lot of people off work that don’t need to be. Something 95% specificity done on 1 million people would mean 50,000 people staying off work that didn’t need to.
Companies will not want entire teams / departments / offices off for a week or two. Top of the priorities if you are going to test is keep the contagious away, and keep those that don’t need to stay away in.
Looking forward to the Knownow launch, hopefully it will get some media attention (Daily Mail seem to like Vatic) and Alex Sheppard sounds a well connected chap to get it the attention it deserves.

Yes, it’s a good point about hope (prototypes, approvals, advanced discussions, expansion etc) vs real money and cash flow coming in.
AIM shares usually means investing in hope and a long wait with lots a pitfalls along the way.
ABDX are oven baked ready to go. The FDA are prioritising companies that can provide tests in mass. We could wake up one day to a RNS that says Vatic FDA EUA has been granted and orders received for 12 million units a month. Boom! instant big time for ABDX. This or maybe an Innova or someone else signing a deal for ABDX to do outsourced manufacturing for them. It can all happen almost instantly.
The hard part is done, good team with right skill sets and expertise in place, 2 x factories, £9 million on new machinery and automated systems, 14 years’ experience in the market place with supply chains and distribution channels all set up.
Things can change here very, very quickly. Vatic is just getting the ball rolling. Big times ahead I feel.

Looks like no one managed to sell for more than 11.10p all day so MM's would not take a sell that size for more surly. They do like making us guess though.
I was thinking the last few days someone is maybe loading up. We had several 132k (shares obviously) which is a strange number to be different buyers and a coincidence? Let's hope they keep it up!

BTW, I can foresee people (we know the ones) potentially trying to create concern tomorrow that there is not a RNS to confirm Vatic TT. I may be wrong but personally I doubt we will get one.
It’s been put in a RNS that it will be completed tomorrow so no RNS basically confirms it has been (market rules would mean they would need to RNS it if not the case)
The batches need to be sent to Vatic, then some process of Vatic checks and formal acceptance will need to be completed. Im not sure how long this will take but as Vatic team members have been working directly with ABDX up in York they will already know exactly what they are getting so this should just be a formality.

Then, we will get the KnowNow launch. Both Vatic, ABDX and I guess BioSURE will coordinate this. The test will go onto ABDX Pocket Diagnostics site ‘For Sale’ and all 3 companies will do some pushing out on Twitter/ Facebook etc.
Its at this point I expect we will get an RNS and hopefully it will also state Pre-order numbers. I’m hopeful this will come before the end of next week but don’t know for sure, could be sooner or, later.

In the H1 (2021) results there was a £3.3 million loss but this was because a £6. (something) million payment was not made by the DHSC. Basically had the payment been made ABDX would have made over £3 million profit for that period.
Keep in mind this was all because of payment dispute over 1 million test. ABDX can make 150 million tests. It gives a good indication of the growth potential and turnover / profit capabilities on offer here.
If Vatic can sell just a few million test then ABDX could be posting profits in or around, or higher than the current Mcap!
Premises, machinery, systematisation, personnel (mostly) all in place. Just orders required and a large one can drop at any time.

Book on the last (H2 not very good) 6 months now closed. With the next 6 months looking much more positive hopefully we should see this slowly but surely moving up, and up.

Medisave are a distributor. You need to spend a minimum of £50 with them to get them at that price and free delivery. It's a brain tickle test the market for Vatic is the very elderly/ young, poorly disabled etc I.e. when someone else needs to adminiser the test and the person they are doing it to doesn't like having sometimes shuved up their nose....Big market.
Let the Chinese fill the cheap and cheerful market (that's if they are not in lockdown or using the test themselves and can supply their UK distributors?)

What the Deepverge collaboration particularly shows is a glimpse into the future of LFT’s.
People are still thinking LFT’s = Covid test. What we will start to see more and more is LFT’s for all sorts of things. Testing our drinking water, food, skin, Pets, livestock, forests as well as our own personal health. The use case for them is massive. Cheap almost instant way to rule in or out whatever is concerning you.
The dawn of the LFT age has just begun.

Vatic TT complete on the 31st March. Next day 1st April free test become officially unavailable. Good or purposeful timing?
Add the backdrop of China either unable to make as many tests due to lockdowns and using the ones they do make for themselves. Global Covid cases on the up again. Hospital admissions up....not a bad old time to get a very accurate, easy to use (by far!) And mutation proof test to the market.
