I know it's old ground and a bit pointless but it is hard not to compare ABDX with ODX.
Currently if you wanted to own 100% of the shares in each you will need to spend £5 million more on the ODX shares.
I don't own ODX shares so don't know their situation completely but from what I gather, no factory, very few products with little in the pipeline to bring hope of some sort of turnaround, no money as couldn't get interest in a placing for peanuts.
ABDX, two factories capable of producing 150 million tests, making as we speak tests for a company going through EUA in the US to be the first fully approved saliva covid test. Money in the bank, money (lots of it) owed and due soon. Big pipeline of products and new collaborations announced, scanning app reader to be launched soon, branching out into retail sale ...ie many revenue steams...and lots more!
One company is worth £5 million more than the other.
In no other realm of the universe other than AIM would anyone believe it could possibly be the first one.
As I say, fundamentals always get reflected in the end.
I will add ODX is probably not overvalued its just ABDX is incredibly undervalued.
