I agree with comments about RY but RY aside, the market has long been telling us that they're not interested in AMC despite the great story and for me, personally, the biggest problem has been not listening to what the markets are telling us...we Iive and learn.

I am not an expert on TA but looking at the charts and in the absence of major news flow this month, if we break 5p level (which was major support back in Dec 2018) then we could even end up as low as even 3p which was the low reached towards end of Feb 2018 and then it doubled.

We could be headed for a similar occurrence which would reflect what CountD has been posting.

Timing is everything.

Hope I'm right, as it would be a great buying opportunity for us PIs if we can help each other. GLA.

I am stunned by the ignorance of some (either dishonest or non-clever - either way, ignorant IMO).

Pontcanna sees this whole saga for what it is - SOU has gone from hero to zero as the company's resources get stolen (legally) from right under our noses.

The laws of the land become ever more nonsensical allowing the transfer of wealth to the few at the expense of the many.

Tough old game as most PI's play on a non-level playing field. It is what it is.

A few months ago AMC did a placing to undisclosed party (as a reminder - unbelievable the lack of transparency allowed and yet the powers want people to give up their rights to privacy) and all this to repay (immoral) Riverfort and look for alternative financing. What form will that take?

More of the same or perhaps 'disguised' in the form of a 'sale' of interest in the project at depressed SP level (even 4p would be a disaster for LTH's) in return for a full carry of development cost (and then repeat again to eventually take control of the resource at expense of PI's)?

Or do we expect a proper buy-out at MV for the resource/reserves discovered (like in the good old days)?

And that's my point....too many things going on in the background (for the benefit of private 3rd parties not PI) and add the SP manipulations that go on in the markets (main market or otherwise), it becomes difficult for PI to make money (especially LT).

As usual, expectations of SP will never materialise to be reflected in actual SP.

For instance, how many people thought back in June that we could still be at 9p in Jan 2020 given all the positive developments at the time? Exactly.....

The managers of AIM companies don't control the markets they're in and so once they discover valuable assets and engage with 3rd parities, it's the 3rd parties that dictate the conditions of the 'exit strategy' whilst PI's normally end up left in the lurch. It's always a timing thing.

Such is the AIM game these days... given the powers that be.

Spot on....but goes beyond AIM even...we live in a corrupt system and its about learning how to work with what is.....that's the difficult bit, as most PI's are manipulated into believing something else (and hence why 95% ultimately end up losing money in the stock market).

Another 'disgraceful' RNS (aimed at PI)......it says nothing except, as some suspected, that the BoD are serving another entity. (AMC certainly not answerable to PIs anymore).

Too often AIM companies with large discoveries 'conveniently' end up losing control of their interest in the asset to a private entity (in the absence of a JV funded development).

It's pixx poor really..... time to learn how to trade properly if we are to make money. LT investing simply does not work (no surprise UK Government supports LT investing in AIM shares?).

18p next.....looks like it but also need up-tick in volumes on this next leg to make it the real deal. But looking good..

The last placing did wonders (and the one before that)...more of the same to follow IMO.

The next decade will undoubtedly see an explosion in dynamic in-game advertising and Bids is at the forefront and to my knowledge does not have many competitors (Anzu.io comes to mind which I believe raised $6m from WPP earlier in the year).

I think the SP will explode here over next 18 months. Nothing is certain of course as too many games get played but if traded properly the opportunity is there.....

Now that mindset is hazardous and is exactly why most PI's never make money in the stock market (as we do the complete opposite of what professional traders do).

Throwing more money into a stock in order to average down is (usually) a sure way to destroy capital (eventually). Well I've been a victim of this in the past and lost all only to start fresh again with new capital to do a 'rinse and repeat' - those words still ring in my ears when I think of SOU.

No more though, thankfully.

Too much noise here and now Malcy adds to it. Ahh...yes, Malcy, the unofficial mouthpiece of the company. (Btw, how many of those shares in Malcy's bucket list actually made money for PIs recently)?

I follow developments here so that one can learn NOT to repeat the same experience of investing in such companies for too long where the usual 'modus operandi' of such companies that discover/hold lucrative assets is far too often to 'conveniently' arrange majority ownership to be transferred (at knock-down prices) to a 3rd party very willing to take on all the risk of developing and further exploiting (apologies, I meant exploring) the assets....

In return PIs get a "cash and carry" type deal...yep, you get 'a lot of' cash upfront to ease the pain of carrying losses on your investment cost that will most likely never be recovered because...basically....you no longer own the assets (which by the way was the reason you bought into them in the first pace, was it not).

Time to wake up from these games that get played at our expense as PI's and learn to invest properly by trading properly.

Dividends so soon..1.5p divi with a share price that's dropped to 3.5p? With comments like that the mind boggles and it's little wonder that 95% of PI's lose money in the stock market.

Not really if you understand that the market is rigged..what is staggering though is how 95% of PI's continue to lose money due to brainwashing by mainstream media.

NFX is a stock to trade like most stocks these days. GLA!

Surprising that PI's are diluted during this period when the story is so good, 'conveniently' the Chinese payment being held off, 'disingenuous' article allowed to be posted in mainstream paper (we knew NFX are in talks with multiple parties due to multiple programmes developed)...all helps to delay sustained re-rate in SP?

The real beneficiaries are NFX's partners given access to the tech in the absence of doing a major deal with NFX.

This stock has to be traded. Otherwise these days becoming a LTH seems to be perilous.

To put off PI's who don't understand the markets and who can not hold for production in 2020 that's worth hundreds of millions dollars in profit to MATD.

Production could even kick off sooner than expected by end of 2020. The way it's funded won't matter too much IMO.

Wow! We have enough water under the ground in a mountainous area...as if they didn't know this already. Yes, it's been formalised, great but let's hear something that can lead to a sustained re-rate like a road financing agreement..

When a 3rd party is allowed to buy (almost) 10% of a stock and can remain anonymous (notwithstanding whether it complies with AIM rules), common sense suggests shady goings on.

Until AMC discloses to whom they placed (and % currently held), for me that indicates that they and their associates can not be trusted.
