In addition, you will recall that BPC at the AGM increased its authorised share capital from 5b to 10b. That is a one massive increase - what is the extra 5b shares for?

I can only assume new shares would be issued to a party wanting a stake in the whole company in return for providing development financing - that could be a good thing but will depend on the volume of new shares issued and if any other financing arrangements (classic loan, convertible debt, warrants, etc) ..on the other hand any massive rise in SP could be short lived (it would have been better for the SP to do a classic farm-in on P1).

Hi Willec, talk about ramping...quoting 5p and then 8p pre-spud...so you expect BPC MCap at £170m-£270m (assuming 3.3b shares in issue) and all this for picking up a few low production assets?

PeterS23, that a prime example of how cooperation is done behind closed doors (Acacia we were able to find out about) and these things happen more often than people imagine.

These things happen (same with politics, it's all one being theatre for the masses, but many deals get done in the background)...GL with your trading and let's leave at that.

Agreed, not shorted per se and volumes are low - but what is keeping this down - as whenever we had big buy volumes coming in , there would always be enough selling to keep the SP down. It must be orchestrated.

...it's all about the hidden sellers (shorters ) with large volumes. We know about Acacia for instance..

Can't expand here...but those who trade get the gist and that these things happen...how 'they' (MM's + others engaged with them) manage to do it, don't ask me as none of us are in that club.

Don't know about other (genuine) PI's here, but I'm happy to pick up some more sub 13p - by 31.8.2020 this will be significantly higher as 'they' can not hold this down continuously in the face of revenue enhancing, profit generating catalysts.

New contracts, increasing revenues and company to move into profits and yet the SP doesn't move much - talk about a controlled SP.

'They' will chose the time for when to let this fly...unbelievable but it is what it - no other plausible explanation.

Hi, I don't wish to get too philosophical as this isn't the pace but IMO the above is only superficial, headline stuff...this planet is still rich in resources and has everything needed for life to continue to prosper, as long as we have energy from the sun. So the forces running the system will stick around, as they're needed (they're part of the game of life) until more of humanity awakens to change the flow of energy, frequency and vibration on this beautiful planet. That's the real game here (nothing to do with money per se).

Would love to engage with you on this but this BB is not the place, so will keep it short (ish).

Agree with most points but with everything factored in at this stage I am not expecting a crash just yet (we just had a mini-crash), but only strong volatility to continue and so ironically it's good to play the market to take advantage of this (as nowhere else to go, except real estate with safe but minimal returns).

On a wider picture...the forces that run this world appear to be transforming it (via connected central banks) into a single centrally planned economy (communistic, fascistic in nature) - always dangerous as elected power or otherwise becomes ever more centralised and controlling, not good for current/future generations)

I find it amusing when people just quote a SP number from the past, as though that is something valid currently despite the dilution that takes place in between....our MCap was around £75m pre merger and post merger (approx 3.3b shares to be in issue) we should be around 2.3p to maintain the same value (where we happen to be now).

One may argue we have more assets under our belt but we also have more financial commitments......so I say to Simon Potter & Co "show me the money" (in what form you will get the funds needed)?

OK heard the recording and they appear confident enough to get the FO completed soon (how many times we've heard that but it is what it is). It's a process and we should be nearing the end of it (surely).

All of the mass media is controlled (only few owners and when they have a set agenda, between them they run opposing or agreeable campaigns depending on how they wish to manipulate - either keep us divided or encourage 'oneness' and its all based on a low vibrational frequency of energy that we call 'fear'. It's controlled manipulation of the highest order (and many still don't realise it, although more are awakening). It's the same re investing/trading shares - the reality is different to what mainstream media makes out).
