How convenient.....we have an (over-exaggerated virus) that is so intelligent.

Good luck to those of us who are not afraid to think for themselves and question things.....may common sense wisdom and humanity prevail over vaccines. We need the former and not the latter becoming the order of the day.

Exactly, any PI selling on this dip doesn't understand the implications of today's news...this news should not be under-estimated...as the song goes 'we're in the money....'.

Today's RNS is exceptional news showing the potential to grow revenues is enormous - SYME is in the right place at the right time with their Fintech product.
(Although I am also aware of the downside to digitalising the controlled pyramidal system we live in....we mustn't lose connection with our humanity).

Assuming SP doesn't break support at 0.40p-0.50p, we should easily break 1p by year-end based on the growth story.

I think SYME theme song should be "We're in the money".

I'd hang on if I was you....a 10m sell @ 0.455 just went through.

Even 7p pre spud ain't happening given current circumstances and state of play in the oil market.....if we had secured a farm-in for the asset and with less share dilution, then it would have been a different story.

No, the way I understood it (but could be wrong) is that he (via his company Orchestration Gp) acquired an option on 23.9.20 (transaction date) at a cost of 0.1746p (£1.1m/630m shares- no. shares can receive). This option gives him the right to acquire shares at a "strike price" of 0.6945p on 31.12.2020.

He would only exercise the call option if the SP is much higher than the 0.6945p+0.1746p = 0.8691p come 31.12.20.

Perhaps someone else can confirm if they have the same understanding.

I too am aligned to Deepjoy's thinking...too many times PIs fall in love with the story of a company and disregard the SP. The SP is being 'managed'...hidden sellers and the lack of transparency and TR1's.

Quite board this week-end...I think that's because I filtered two posters occupying extreme views on opposite sides of the spectrum. All we can say is the fact that we are at around all-time lows and given the expected news flows over coming weeks, surely now is the time to pick up some shares here. GLA.

Thanks but no need for me to sell..the project will be realised (that's not the issue) but the SP will not re-rate as a few have repeated (multi bagging etc)....just trying to keep expectations real. GL.

I just hope no nasty surprises like KAT getting turned into a mere "royalty" play, that's all.

14 or 4, makes no difference...that does not guarantee a good a SP re-rate.

What's important is the final HOT they agree (with whomever.) I am not talking this down, just saying that the risk IMO is greater than some (overly) Positive(vibes) posters make out.
