My calc was based on a MC of 10x revenue i.e. revenue of £80m (2% of £4b) x 10 = £800m MC, or if you prefer assuming a 50% net profit of 2% fee i.e. £40m and using a PE of 20, it comes to the same MC of £800m. Divide this by shares issued 32.755b = 2.44p SP.

First, it's refreshing (and inspiring) to see there are decent human beings among us following the responses made to a few posters revealing personal difficulties in life - If more of humanity awakens from the conditioning placed upon us and can unite, then the forces leading this planet (based on fear) have no chance against the love we all have within to share and care. Ultimately we ARE conscious human beings and wish for the same things in life i.e. to have joy and peace of mind.

Secondly, on SP predictions for 2021 - to put some perspective on this to get a realistic SP, we have to assume realistic funding numbers in 2021 (and hopefully we will soon get some proper guidance with SH news etc). But let us assume £4b in 2021, with a 2% fee that's a MC of £800m equivalent to 2.5p SP which is over 350% rise. Predictions of 10p or more in 2021 seem too far stretched IMO.

Definitely not good news as any placing usually leads to an increase in MC at the expense of a depressed SP. So how are PI supposed to make money. They can't. The opportunity cost of this investment has been high. So much for the 6p and higher predictions. I was hoping we'd get there (at least 4p) by Q1 2021..well, I cannot forget that now.

Buys outweighing sells by almost 4:1 - wonderful to see...my prediction was 0.9p closing on 31.12.2020. I might have underestimated that (although always best to keep things real and be pleasantly surprised v hopelessly disappointed).

Really pleased to have increased my position yesterday. Deeply gratifying....

Saw that just now...great day and explains why we were pinned back to 0.51p-0.52p and with buys exceeding sells by over 160%, definitely expecting another up day tomorrow and hopefully in the absence of an RNS.

Need to break that 0.61p Fib resistance and off we go and IMO could end the year at 0.9p. I am sure many here will be full of joy!

We've been getting some stupid numbers for the MC for 2021 let alone end of this year.

Savvy - is another one binned (sadly, as he was a popular chap on here) with his 'realisitc' 1.5p but then mentioning 5p end of year prediction.....My bin is filling up at a faster pace than the SP is rising (sadly).

But on a more happier note, I really do believe the MC will be significantly higher but only when we get an idea of the IM numbers for 2021. It 's silly to use indicative funding targets for all off next 4 years as that doesn't translate into a SP in 2021- only actual and forward looking quarterly IM numbers are useful.

SYME indicated a funding target of EUR 4b by end of 2021 - for sake of risk, let's be prudent and say 75% IM and assuming a 2% fee, that's revenue of £60m for 2021 and MC of say 10X revenue (or assuming 50% net profit thats a PE of 20 - more realistic than the 40 being spouted or initially even higher numbers) and we reach a sustained MC of £600m in 2021 - a SP of 1.8p.

Not a bad re-rate but a realistic one.

Not sure about that...but 100% another one bites the dust.

The revealing of the investment company's name puts a base under the SP (above 0.5p) and depending on the detail of the update we get before year-end (or after) will determine extent of further re-rate.

Surely we get some concrete IM numbers to get a realistic target on the SP value going forward...rather than working off 'blanket' numbers.

The whole market knows that, they ain't going to give it to you that easily...we need catalysts showing actual monetary amounts signed-up to the platform and forward looking statements for the next few quarters would be useful.

I understand what you are saying but the irony in your statement...it is the unconscious few who are the ones creating the chaos as a means to keep a controlled order and humanity on the planet always seems to end up suffering.

It is what it is......we all ned to have our own awakening experience in order to grasp this.

Right now though we're here to make money and the recent BPC funders have been calling the shots - diluting the company and securing themselves at our expense, so we take the risk and now we can't top slice (unless SP has a meaningful rise from here) and are forced to go to the wire.

For LTHs (at least) I suppose nothing new but not the ideal way to trade or invest given the high opportunity cost and risk involved.

The market has lost interest because they have a better understanding of the market place and stocks than most PIs...

Plenty of time to pick up more shares - most likely we'll be at around this level for a while longer and even then the news may not lead to the sort of re-rate that some are expecting. It's just the nature of the beast...

And volume soared to over 800m shares so far....appears it's being held back for whoever is loading up. Expecting a further rise on Monday morning. GLA!

Disgrace really....Looking back at the SP performance over the last 4 to 5 years, it was withinin a small range with little volatility and no sustained re-rate. The only other consistent result was the share dilution. So the MCap increases but the SP doesn't.

Conclusion: The odds are usually stacked up against LT holders for companies that discover resources (and develop them with financing arrangements that don't benefit the shareholder, or give up interest in the company for a free carry turning them into a 'royalty play' with resultant SP being depressed).

Little wonder the professional traders have a 90:90:90 rule PIs (90% of us lose 90% of capital within 90 days).
