As for Paul Johnson...he will take care of himself (doesn't care about PIs). Metal Tiger was a perfect example of his involvement. If anything his involvement here does not put my mind at ease...let's see.

Debt is preferred option...does not mean to say interest in the JV could not be diluted if chosen financier required it. KAT would then say they chose "best deal offered" disclosing bugger all re other offers (as AIM cos so often do and keep PIs in the dark). That's the risk here for any SP re-rate.

Hopefully we'll know soon without them extending.

Before the merger, BPC SP was around 3p and post-merger we're at 2p....perhaps not what you/many were expecting/hoping for but for those that understand that dilution was on the way clearly saw this coming...so for anyone buying in at 3p levels will now have to wait longer.. the more dilution, the more difficult it will be for PIs to make 'massive returns' here (considering the 'massive risk' they take on).

We were at 2.5b shares issued v 3.5b now, that almost 30% dilution...pretty big.

We're all waiting to see final funding structure for P1 drill. Asset dilution (farm in) v more equity dilution (another 30% perhaps??).

They always seem to find ways to suppress the SP and prolong the anticipation of a sustained 'massive re-rate'.

Trading is more the order of the day it would seem (not long term holding).

Unseen events...except by the forces orchestrating them (never a result without a cause). Always using illusion of 'fear' to manipulate those who are unawakened.

Now that terrorism has miraculously disappeared, this (hoax) virus that's been over-exaggerated will keep the markets busy...so only way to manage risk properly is run long/short portfolio.

The problem with all this evolving tech is that on the surface it appears exciting and to serve humanity but the opposite often turns out to the the case...similar to political parties talking about freedom and democracy over the last few decades and yet the world seems headed in the opposite direction.

We need to question why the 'forces' that control the pyramidal system we live in are the way they are...and not the way we would want them to be.

I guess the answer lies within....perhaps we need to be the change we want to see.

I found this in RNS dated 30.1.20 - "The Board anticipates that the Initial Project Funding will likely be in the form of debt funding secured at the JV level."...which is what I assume you were referring to.

This does not mean to say it will happen that way as it will depend largely on the chosen JV financier - the mine will get developed but its about the PIs buying shares here...The risk for me is if KAT give up part of their 50% interest (for say a free carry on development cost and royalty type arrangement - hope it doesn't happen)

Perhaps you'd care to expand upon this...for example, why the terrible sentiment when Gold prices are already high and expected above 2,000 in future. No, I think it's the fact we don't know the form of the full funding package with whomever a deal gets done (if initial funding is agreed for cash, I missed that - fair dues) ..thats what's keeping the SP depressed IMO and the SP talks the loudest.

All good and well CF saying aiming to double SP but with II's choosing when and how much to sell means they will 'control' the SP to keep a lid on any major re-rate....and if the stock market corrects in the meantime (very likely), it's hardly going to look rosy.. could turn out to be a very long wait indeed....even the Imutex sale could be delayed. Hmm...

Initial project funding required is $11m out of the total 30-35m (and this is already reflected in SP). So where is the upside.

The form of funding will be key - if it turns out to be more equity as opposed to debt (KAT's preferred option is of debt to avoid dilution) then KAT's interest in the JV could be materially lower than 50%...that would be disastrous for the SP and PIs...

Probably not, but if required, they're very good at 'justifying' delays (or giving unexpected news flows) that conveniently work against PIs (especially LT holders)...tough game this.

Come on AEX, you've known for a long time now how the game is played with the Tanzanian authorities, this is taking the p*** now.

I can see this deal also from another possible perspective.

Too often for my liking...seems to be the norm rather than the exception....a company with great resources uncannily finds a way of shafting the PI (especially LTH's).

14% return on about £3.5m is great but that isn't what PIs signed up for and eventually via CL notes taking an associated stake (less than 20%) in an iron company... IMO we are being turned into a 'royalty' play and that would be confirmed if we ended up with AMC starting to give up a significant share of Kun-Manie project to an outside 3rd party at an engineered price (below true market value) only for the asset to be later developed by someone else.

SP may rise short term with a base of 1.75p-1.85p but the rise is unlikely to be great or sustained IMO.

Short term trading (and sadly not LT holding) was the order of the day.

Despite the dropping of the bid price over last several days, the ask has pretty much been held at 14p..that's a positive for the SP to continue it's low uptrend in coming days/weeks.

The showing of 10% drop today is as a result of MM's sneaking in yesterday a last minute 2.7 buy ...otherwise the SP has to much since yesterday's close. Had good volumes last few days on the rise. Just need more updates/catalysts to re-rate..

If the news flow continues at this pace...well, if there ever was a case for a bullish stock, we're in it.

Every time we get news, the SP spikes up in the morning only to settle back down but finishing higher than the previous day's close. CF mentioned a gradual rise (as opposed to a 25% spike only to settle back down) is more preferable.....whichever way this gradual rise is being orchestrated (and to whomever the sold shares are being transferred) is fine by me, assuming the news flow continues at this rate over the coming weeks and months.

I only hope CF really does manage to sell Imutex for market price or list it on Nasdaq within the indicated timeline and not delay (or surprise us with a 'depressed' price). That will be key as well. GLA!
