I recalled a past life when I was an auditor in public practice and we were engaged independently by Brussels to undertake audits of various funding programmes for the development of Eastern european countries back in 1993 (a few years after the fall of communism).

We discovered many deficiencies in their local budgets and contract award procedures and expected a follow up to our findings but nothing happened.

They paid for an audit in order to qualify for more funding regardless of how their PMU’s operated in those countries that they were supposed to be assisting.

That is how rigged the whole system was and why I no longer trust the authorities and mainstream media, as they have their own agendas – It’s crays that so many can still be easily manipulated and not question things more.

It’s the same reason why most PI’s lose their money in the Stock Market. It’s also the same with this virus that has been blown out of all proportion and the real intention being the destruction of people’s livelihoods to make them more state dependent.

No, of course not but things will never go back to the way they were - the solution to the problem they created will be a a vaccine that wll be harmful to the natural immune system of the body (and the higher energetic frequencies we resonate at). They are upping the ante to prevent more people from awakening (and wouldn't they just love to vaccine us from the day we are born - I'm sure they'll come up with a problem for that too and people will be accepting as a result of fear not common sense). It is all becoming too obvious now.

Keith, yes, but the changes need to come from within. Our thoughts create our reality and so we hold tremendous power but are not aware of it.

It's fine to stay home but like everything we do, it must come from a consious place within (i.e. from 'awareness') as opposed to 'fear' - very different energies are created. To the numbed mind this this means nothing and I understand that.

Well, the market didn't get it wrong on AMC, did it.

The story behind Ni and it's pricing (that you often like to post about) has borne no correlation to the Mcap of AMC.

The idea of this company producing Ni is great but the timing of our investments has been a little off wouldn't you say (assuming you're here to make money and haven't been shorting).

Thank you.....most likely you would have said the same thing a year ago..... except the market has been disagreeing for some time now and the market is rarely wrong.

Going from 15p to 1p in 3 years plus dilution is some 'achievement' - what a brilliant stock this has been (for those who made money short-selling the stock).

..has been sorted for this year allowing them to work on the DFS.

Assuming it's still unlikely that JV partner comes along, where is the upside in the SP (as AMC could stay at below 2p throughout the year)?

I recall when we were at less than 500m shares issued and AMC entered dilutive financing arrangements and many posters at the time thought it would do no harm......but here we are now a few years on....closing in on 1 billion shares in issue. Not good for LTH's.

Geng, but that was exactly my point - are we at cross purposes - in your earlier post you referred to AMC dumping the 52m warrants (at 1.4p exercise price) whereas I had in mind this conversion (to repay first tranche) which would allow them to orchestrate an even lower SP than the 1.4p for the warrants.

Some folks trying to catch a falling knife? We are in a downward trend, Have we learnt nothing form the past.

The drill is still on for this year but I expect better buy-in prices will become available.

Can I ask what makes you think that (as the warrants are for a 3 year period whilst first tranche of funds already due this month which can be converted)?

Actually the opposite IMO.

They know SP is in a downward trend and so widen the spread to get PIs to buy in thinking this is a good price whereas in fact it could fall by another 25% easily.

Geng, wouldn't be too sure about that, as they can pick up convertible shares for even less than the 1.4p. So any 'pump' could happen from an even lower SP, except we don't know from which level?

Same old....more dilution with convertible loan (+ warrrants at 1.4p).

SP too jittery, I'm expecting downwards move before any sharp rises.... each to his own and GL.

Helx is overly negative about Bids (and yet values his time to keep posting here) whilst CountD is his opposite (has unlimited cash resources to buy the stock no matter how low it may yet go before it actually changes trend).

(Well, both extremes negate each other and it keeps the BB balanced at least).

Bids looks to be a pioneer in this huge advertising gaming market which will be transformed (hence the association with so many top level names). So Bids has major prospects. SP has collapsed since the highs and I think better buying opportunities will present themselves and we could see 3's before we see 30's...each to his own and GL.
