I follow TA in long term charts only. I'm not interested in short term price movements as I'm not a short term trader. I do add to holdings on significant long term signals like a GC if I have the spare cash available.

So instead of answering the questions, Detergent Warrior gets our posts deleted.

More abuse from the same person that deleted their own account to cover up their history of abuse.

The point with a GC is it is a very significant long term trend reversal signal from a downtrend to an uptrend, it is one of the highest level signals that investors, long term and short term, should be aware of. It is not amateur trader garbage that often gets posted on BB's in the hope that the sheep make the price go up, it is a genuine measure of sentiment for the stock on a long term basis.

Long term charts like those needed for a Golden Cross, with a 50 day moving average crossing a 200 day moving average, these are very relevant to long term investors (unlike short term charts).

Ignore them and you miss out on opportunities, simple.

My views on MCap following Morocco success and commercial supply are that it will be a lot higher than just the basic multiple of earnings.

On Morocco success we will have two commercially proven fuels, one of them a low carbon fuel, plus a commercial supply agreement, which is worth far more from an investment perspective than just the revenues, as it gives QFI a springboard to a lot more supply to other clients waiting in line, clients that will be given the test data from Morocco as soon as it is available.

Becoming a self sustaining company also brings in a lot more investment into the stock, as fear of dilution is removed.

I can easily see QFI being valued at £250m to £350m following Morocco supply agreement.

Look back at the MCap years ago when Maersk trial was starting and Saudi was getting closer to a trial. That is a big hint as to where investors would value the stock IMVHO. In 2013 QFI hit 50p per share, and at that time had 772.9m shares in issue, so was valued at £386.45m, with no commercial fuel and no revenues.

I see the doom and gloom posts are still appearing, yet the Ghana Government have stated on LinkedIn yesterday that the licences are legal. ALL and Piedmont have stated that the licences the scum shorters are referring to are nothing to do with the project and therefor the mine will go ahead.

So ignore people talking their own book, it's an open and shut case that the scum shorters have no proof of any wrongdoing, and their false claims are based on licences that are not even part of the mine that PLL have invested in.

How Do You Calculate a Golden Cross?
A golden cross occurs on a stock chart when the 50-day moving average moves up towards the 200-day moving average and crosses it. This is noted as a bullish scenario and indicates a buy signal with the expectation that the upward trend will continue.

I'd say that AFC would not tie up huge amounts of capital by providing lease agreements to clients for large numbers of systems, but as BB3 says, with the small number of systems going out right now, they can easily cover it with the cash in the bank (and the interest on it)

Also, because the systems are not currently being leased long enough to pay back the cost (which takes 2 years), then I don't see how a lease finance provider would buy the systems.

Once AFC get to rolling out loads of systems to a client (construction company or hire company) the lease deals will be for 5 years or even 10 years, with AFC providing maintenance and replacement parts in the deal (so being paid up front for system, maintenance, and wear parts like membrane or electrodes).

24 hours for 365 days is 8760 hours.

The Golden Cross looks on. That is, a long term tren where the 50 day moving average crosses above the 200 day moving average.

I have seen many 150%+ gains on different stocks over the years, following them achieving a Golden Cross, including AFC twice, once in late 2010 and again in late 2020.

AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF) is seeing growing interest in its H-Power Towers, says Peek Hunt, with agreed deployments this year now above 8,000 hours and an expanding order book, with a material number of proposals in negotiation.

Feedback from customers such as Acciona, Kier Group, Keltbray and Mace-Dragados has been good, says the broker, while Vinci-arm Taylor Woodrow and Colas are among new customers.

Like Acciona, Vinci could be a particularly important relationship for AFC Energy, given its size and scale, adds Peel Hunt.

AFC Energy also expects to achieve a major reduction in system capital cost over the coming months hence Peel Hunt is maintaining a buy rating and target price of 195p

Nobody knows if the systems will be run 24/7. If they do then a year is 8760 hours, so these are long contracts. It's good to know that after testing they are happy to take the systems initially on 1 year leases. My view is that they are going 1 year because during that year they expect the Hire suppliers to buy the systems in bulk and then they will hire them, so no need to go for longer contracts at this stage.

Piedmont notes that Atlantic has denied the allegations contained in the Short Report and outrightly refutes the allegations of impropriety made by the Short Report. Atlantic's response to the Short Report has now been released and is available on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Piedmont notes that Atlantic’s recent application for a Mining License for its lithium project in Ghana excludes the two licenses purchased as part of its acquisition of Joy Transporters Ltd referred to in the Short Report, which do not form part of Atlantic’s defined resources for its Ghana lithium project.

Piedmont has the right to purchase 50% of Atlantic’s production of spodumene concentrate from its Ghana lithium project, at market prices on a life-of-mine basis, and to earn a 50% interest in the Ghanaian projects. Piedmont currently contemplates utilizing spodumene concentrate from this offtake agreement as partial feed for its proposed Tennessee Lithium hydroxide plant. However, if for any reason Piedmont does not exercise its right to this offtake supply, the Company is confident that alternative sources of spodumene concentrate would be available to feed the Tennessee facility, as current and future spodumene producers seek to feed the growing U.S. electric vehicle market and qualify for the benefits available under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.

Piedmont also notes that the publisher of the Short Report discloses that it has a short interest in Piedmont's shares and therefore stands to realize significant gains from a decline in Piedmont's share price.

Atlantic and Piedmont will seek legal advice to address the claims made by the Report.

AFC don't need discounted Hydrogen.

"with a more competitively priced, longer term hydrogen supply agreement, fuel cost parity could be achieved today."

Just long term fuel supply contracts (which give buyers more competitively priced Hydrogen) gets AFC systems to parity on cost today, with the advantage for the client of zero emissions. That advantage alone is enough to swing it for AFC vs Diesel Genset.

Bring on mass production and the CAPEX drops significantly, as per the RNS today:

"Initial pricing for leases supports sub two year pay back on capital costs with significant capital cost reductions targeted for 2023"
