Suppose AFC said something in the results along the lines of discussing with several major hire companies for provision of Power To AFC's construction clients. Where would that leave you regarding wanting an agreement RNS before the results? And where do you think the share price would go if the were to say something like that?

No, what it means is that there are no agreements that AFC can make public. Anything restricted under NDA agreement can't be announced.

Also, they could announce a signed sales agreement the day after the results, so I don't see the fascination with the the date of the results, on top of which the results announcement will be for what happened up to 31 October, its not about what's happened since, unless AFC decide to cover that period out of courtesy.

The cash payment has to be made no later than 3 March, so I'd say they still have the rest of today plus two more day to announce a GM on 2 March?

This document is not about Ricardo globally (where AFC products are targeted), it is about the "GREATER BRIGHTON HYDROGEN STRATEGY". It's all about Brighton and Sussex.

There is one reference to AFC in that document, says AFC have something going on in the wider Sussex area, as AFC are not in Sussex, they are in Surrey, so no idea what they are referring to in Sussex.

The reference to Ceres is because of the Brighton connection, nothing else:

Just because they don't go into details about AFC, does not mean nothing is going on. Ricardo are working on Shipping and Rail, nothing is going to move fast on that front, and AFC have said it's long term stuff.

Doom and gloomers should just sell out tomorrow and go put your money into stocks where you:

Trust what the BoD say
Believe the BoD are doing a great job of making you rich(er)
Trust the news flow as unambiguous and transparent
Are happy with the speed at which the company is moving
Believe in the future of the company
Believe you will make a fortune
Will have no need for negativity
Will have no need to s-l-a-g the BOD or Chairman off on public forums
Will not be depressed
Will not be up all night worrying about your investment

There are thousands of stocks out there to invest in, there is no need to stay in this one and make your life so negative. And don't tell me how much you are losing, that is just nonsense because if you don't see yourself getting your money back or more with this stock, then you should try to get it back in stocks that you think will do way better, not hang on to this one if you have no belief in it.

That is stating the obvious from an investing perspective.

I will not be selling because the company have advised the timeline to gas, and nothing has appeared yet to derail that timeline, so I am happy with that timeline. I'm not interested in a 50% profit or 100% like some, I'm only interested in the multi-bagger potential of this stock in the long term, when the gas is selling.

They must be non-Biological, but not AI as they have no 'I' between them!

I'd say the decision is down to the client. If the client says "we'd rather wait to have both fuels on site, and do both trials in one window" who are QFI to argue?. Customer is always right and all that.

I'd also say that things are still positive for Morocco as the customer has not walked away.

I can't imagine that the fuel is still in customs, as QFI said they expected it to be out by month end, and if it was then no need to RNS as nothing has changed from the guidance, however, if it wasn't released by end of Jan then that is a change to guidance and should have been advised. This is another reason why I think the trials have started.

Blown the budget already!

All I did was state the obvious from an investing perspective, I haven't trolled anyone.

I take it the plan was to turn off the current fuel, purge fuel lines, turn on MSAR, run the trial, purge fuel lines, switch to bioMSAR, run the trial, purge the fuel lines, switch back to the current fuel. So if they were (might not be now, could be running trials right now) waiting on MSAR then they would have to do bioMSAR first, then back to current fuel, then MSAR when it arrived and back to current fuel. My thoughts are that they would not want to go from current fuel back and forth to current fuel twice, as it is more complex and would involve more downtime as fuel lines are purged and switchover is done by engineers, plus the unknown amount of time they would have to wait between the two trials. They want a simple, 1, 2, 3 trial and it is better to wait for everything to be in place for that, than to get into a panic over the start date.

QFI have until end of H1 to get trials done and supply agreements in place, that is still loads of time whether the trials have already started or not. And as advised in the past, they can have supply agreement discussions running in parallel with trials, rather than wait until after trials before starting those.

I suspect trials are happening and started a week or two ago, as I've had no reply to simple to answer e-mails, which suggests to me that QFI are on an e-mail blackout. Time will only tell on that.

What we do know is that AEX have put out RNS Ruvuma updates at the start of the month. The last one being 1 November. So it would appear that AEX and ARA meet at Month end. On 28 November they had the PSA signing in Tanzania so that would count as a meeting.

No meting end of December, possibly due to staff XMas holidays. No meeting end of January, possibly because ARA deems all operations were on track so there's no need to meet to discuss anything until closer to the spud date. If there was a delay to report, ARA would have told AEX as soon as they knew of it, and then because AEX have shareholders to report to, they would have told us.

So next meeting would presumably be end of Feb with an RNS at the start of March. That is 2.5 weeks away.

However, if ARA have something important to tell AEX then I'd expect them to communicate that right away, not wait for the monthly meeting. If all on track, update at meeting.

Suggest you read the other thread, as this has been discussed to death already.

ARA are not a listed company, so they do not have to notify anyone about the rig, so not hearing about it does not mean there will be a delay, plus, as they said the rig was delayed to march through 'rig availability', you should expect that when they were given that 'rig availability' by the provider, that ARA had booked it.

Thus I see no delay unless ARA advise otherwise, and IMVHO that would only be IF the rig got held up by the previous client.

Feel free to completely ignore the target dates given. Those are the facts you should be looking at, because until QFI get to those dates successfully or unsuccessfully, past narratives are irrelevant.

QFI can't appoint a commercial manager until the fuel is commercial, which is after trials.

On top of that, my several posts from last night all show that QFI still has PLENTY of time to hit it's STATED targets for Morocco and MSC, so the moaning about needing a commercial manger or claiming that QFI have missed targets is just nonsense.

The targets are still achievable, therefore no need to even consider a commercial manager, especially considering the fuel is not commercial until after trials and supply agreements are in place.

Commercial managers do not do trials, they sell commercial products.

I'm not bothered about the sells today, it's just people with no kahunas. Those with big kahunas (like me) will wait to see the agreement signed off and see what percentage TOM end up with. It's a huge acreage, huge oil reserves, easy to develop, highly profitable, so I see TOM still being left with a decent percentage. The potential is too good for the farm in partner to waste IMVHO, so I think an agreement is 99% likely.
