They have had that target for a long time now, just reiterating it each time AFC have good news.

By the way, when I say the Jurassic target is sizeable, I can confirm from the AGM presentation 2022 that it is shown as 1.351 TCF.

That's not something APT are going to ignore.

If the CH-1 optimal well position has changed, then it's quite possible that the drill would no longer be heading towards the Jurassic target, or at least not to the optimal direction for that target. So just drilling the upper targets is the obvious and less complicated solution to get the main target gas to consumers in October. The decision could have been under pressure from the Tanzania Government and Gas company saying they want the known gas and any exploration targets would have to wait.

But for those with poor memories, we were told a while back that there would be two wells there, CH-1a and CH-1b. And CH-1b could be the one targeting the Jurassic, quite possibly drilled immediately after CH-1a.

RK would likely have to give 3 months notice when leaving ABB (my employer has this as a standard notice period across tens of thousands of employees). He's either been working his notice or has been on garden leave since December.

What I am hoping for in 2 days time, along with the financials for the year ended 31 October 2022:

1) Update on the build and delivery of the 100kW and 200kW S Series systems for ABB
2) Talk of discussions on sales of serious numbers of Power Tower systems to construction clients and/or their genset hire providers
3) Plenty of cash in the bank
4) Details of the current expansion (as mentioned today by Robin Koeken on Twitter) and reasons for it
5) Update on VARD with multiple ships mentioned
6) Updates on Juelich, Altaqaa, and more.

Final Results RNS in 2022 was published on 9 March. ABB presenting on 8 March. Hmmmm!

AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF) has received the first order from partner ABB for a 200kW hydrogen fuel cell charging system for electric vehicles.

Swiss electrical systems giant ABB will pay £4mln in full, with a £2mln initial payment on signing the contract, plus two payments of £1mln each based on system deployment milestones.

Bring on the immense sales I say. ABB could certainly be an immense buyer on it's own.

APT know that here is at least one sizable Jurassic target in a proven gas basin with traces of oil. One thing gas exploration companies look for is more (gas or even oil) in new targets, that is the whole reason they drill new wells. To suggest they would not drill the Jurassic target(s) in the future, is disingenuous at best. Crusty will tell you in one post that nobody knows what is in a target until it is drilled and tested, yet in another post wants us to believe that somehow APT already know that there is no gas or oil in the Jurassic so they won't drill it. Disingenuous for sure.

The rules state that a seller only has to notify once they drop below the single digit percentage they are in.

So if they hold 3.99m they only have to report when they drop below 3%, etc etc.

The White family are unlikely to have been breaching that rule, they just sold a chunk very recently that tipped them all below the percentage.

These are the timelines as advised just ONE MONTH AGO. Just a reminder to people that seem to have forgotten already.

· Morocco - Following previously reported delays, the bioMSAR™ fuel arrived at the client site during December. The MSAR® fuel is currently at Moroccan customs, awaiting final clearance. Quadrise visited the client site earlier this month to progress the engineering set-up and to expedite the project actions once Moroccan customs have been cleared. We anticipate that the remaining logistical issues will be resolved this month so that the trial can then proceed as planned. Quadrise expects a successful trial to be followed thereafter by discussions to conclude a commercial fuel supply agreement in H1 2023 as planned.

· Utah - Commercial discussions for the supply of a license and manufacturing unit to enable Valkor to produce MSAR® and bioMSAR™ are progressing well, with the Company working towards execution of definitive agreements in Q1 2023.

· MSC - Completion of MSC's vessel preparations for the Proof of Concept and Letter of No Objection trials are now scheduled for Q2 2023. Discussions continue with third party fuel suppliers pursuant to the production of the fuels for the vessel trials and for future commercial fuel supply agreements.

· bioMSAR™ and Blend-on-Board - Following successful completion of the bioMSAR™ tests in Italy in December 2022, Wärtsilä is now finalising the test reports which will be available for commercial purposes in Q1 2023. Separately, work continues under the Joint Development Agreement with Vertoro to investigate the use of their Crude Sugar Oils as an alternative biofuel feedstock for bioMSAR™, costs for which are now supported by the EU Innovation Fund.

Supporting our longer-term ambitions of producing a net-zero biofuel solution by 2030, RDI work continues on our bioMSAR™ Zero solution at our QRF laboratory with a number of renewable fuel counterparties.

Diesel engine testing on bioMSAR™ and other fuel/biofuel formulations to support the Quadrise Blend-on-Board solution is in progress at Aquafuel, with the results from this activity still expected in Q1 2023.

· Americas - Quadrise and its local agents are actively pursuing trial and commercial supply agreements with candidate power generation clients in Panama and Honduras and are in discussions with a large refinery in the Caribbean in addition to ongoing efforts to progress activities in Mexico during H1 2023.

Broker targets are aimed at Institutional Investors and HNW/UHNW 'sophisticated investors), not PI's or traders looking for a quick profit on a small amount of money. Thus the targets are usually on a 1-3 year timeline. So plenty of time for Peel Hunt to see their target reached, and anyone else that tags along for the ride, all we need is sales of Power Towers to our construction clients or their hire suppliers, and ABB to get buying the S Series, and we will be well on the way towards that target.

And what if the S Series is revealed and showcased to the World the day prior to the results RNS? It wouldn't be an agreement but it would be very significant?
