Going back to the RNS of 16 January, if the MSAR was released in January or even last week, how many weeks were the trials supposed to take? The fuel supply agreement was only advised to be signed in H1, so there are still another 20 weeks for QFI to complete trials and get the agreement in place, to achieve their target.

"Morocco - Following previously reported delays, the bioMSAR™ fuel arrived at the client site during December. The MSAR® fuel is currently at Moroccan customs, awaiting final clearance. Quadrise visited the client site earlier this month to progress the engineering set-up and to expedite the project actions once Moroccan customs have been cleared. We anticipate that the remaining logistical issues will be resolved this month so that the trial can then proceed as planned. Quadrise expects a successful trial to be followed thereafter by discussions to conclude a commercial fuel supply agreement in H1 2023 as planned."

Going back to the RNS of 16 January, we should see UTAH agreement signed off within the next 2.5 weeks. The only thing that might hold that up is if the Tomco deal to farm out a majority share of Greenfield goes to the end of month deadline, or that deadline gets extended, but we don't know if it has any bearing on the QFI deal as that is with Greenfield so could be done regardless of who owns what percentage of Greenfield.

"Utah - Commercial discussions for the supply of a license and manufacturing unit to enable Valkor to produce MSAR® and bioMSAR™ are progressing well, with the Company working towards execution of definitive agreements in Q1 2023."

Going back to the RNS of 16 January, we should get the Wartsila report within the next 2.5 weeks, presuming QFI are going to put it into the public domain.

Going back to the RNS of 16 January, it appears we have been getting ahead of ourselves with tracking the Leandra.

"MSC - Completion of MSC's vessel preparations for the Proof of Concept and Letter of No Objection trials are now scheduled for Q2 2023."

So no dry dock for at least 2.5 weeks. And then could be anytime up to end of June.

That would explain why the Leandra was still transporting goods, nothing to do with MSC 'stringing us along' at all.

Mixed up there, Methanol at Acciona not Ammonia. But the point is the same re mass manufacturing and much cheaper Hydrogen than 99.999% purity.

Plus Ammonia gives us dirt cheap Hydrogen, not the 99.999% purity that goes into Fuel Cell Vehicles and competitors Fuel Cells which is the most expensive.

The customer can of course choose to use Green Hydrogen if they like, and as proven with Acciona, even then we are competitive with diesel gensets on cost when the systems are not even in mass manufacture yet. Once they are, the costs will plummet even when using Green Hydrogen, but customers can always use cheaper Hydrogen be that Grey, Turquoise etc.

You can't appoint a commercial manager until the fuel is commercial. The fuel isn't commercial until AFTER trials have completed.

According to the Tomco board on this site, the CEO is in UTAH and back at the office tomorrow. So it might be worth checking their RNS on Monday, to see if he's got news on the deal or anything else to update the market on.

Tomco are working on a deal to farm out a majority share in the Greenfield project. The company farming in is clearly very serious about it as they are still working the deal and have not walked away. The offer to buy the rest of the license is still open until month end as a minimum while the farm out deal is worked.

There's obviously going to be a lot of negotiations,
with slow legal people involved, working out all of the intricacies of the agreement. It's not something that can be done at the drop of a pin

This is yet another bashers drivel thread, another way for them to fill the board with garbage to put off investors that might be looking at the stock for the first time. Better off not responding to it and let it go down the drain where it belongs.

We all know about car manufacturers that have bought up Lithium suppliers or invested big into them to guarantee supplies, plenty of sniffing around going on that any of them could make a move on ALL.
