Yes, they would have to declare if over 3%. They could have stopped just short(!) of that so they don't have to declare, or they could have gone all out and grabbed as much as possible below 30p which might tip them into declaring, difficult to know, just have to wait and see.

Dazaster is another one that sold out just above 30p and wants back in cheaper. But this stuff about Fusion is the most desperate deramping attempt he's posted for a while, as there's still decades of work needed to get Fusion to produce more energy than it consumes for any meaningful length of time.

Yes, Brontë have finally closed their 0.5% short that's been sat with no profit taking since March 2022 (as can be seen in the history tab of the FCA spreadsheet). I take it they picked up a load of cheap stock from PI's over the past 11 months while they held the price down.

Maybe someone took my advice this morning to ring them and ask if they've closed it, having missed the bottom at 18p more than once LOL!

There have been many 'breakthroughs' in the multiple decades (over 7 decades!) that scientists have been working on Fusion. Every time there's a breakthrough they claim Fusion is only a decade away, and they've been saying it's only a decade away for over 7 decades LOL!!!

As it says in the articles on this super magnet that I read earlier, Fusion is still a long way off.

We got a mention from VW on its websites (multiple regions) in January 2021. At the time, we all took it that VW were looking at AFC systems for EV Charging. Maybe the link to Toyota is for the same reason rather than putting an AFC system in a vehicle.

VW could be one of those waiting for the AFC + ABB integrated EV charger.

IF ONLY THEY KNEW what the future holds for AFC with it's low CAPEX low OPEX Fuel Cells, alongside huge clients such as ABB, Acciona, Mace, Keltbray, Ricardo, Vard, etc, in markets for off grid emissions free power generation to supplement the grid and to help replace millions of diesel gensets.

I't seems they are clueless about AFC, all they know anything about is the price they want to buy back in at and the price they want to sell again at.

Don't be brainwashed into thinking like they do or following their 'take profit' mantras, wise up on AFC instead.

Far from being a Muppet I bought in at 0.8p and bought loads more over the years so am holding a few million at an average way way below today's price. I also have accumulated 15 years of knowledge on the company, it's products, it's markets, and anything else that has a bearing on it's valuation.

It could be that this was delivered in December and is about to be signed off as a commercial product by ABB, hence all the buying.

BOB bypasses refineries. This is handy considering the issues QFI has faced with having complex multi party trials such as Saudi. With BOB it's just QFI and the client, with the client buying fuel from its usual suppliers, QFI supplying Glycerine and Surfactants.

ABB could easily find 1000 places globally that need a 200kw S Series off grid system today, many could already be queued up waiting for it. That would be 200MW in orders before we even peek at Power Towers replacing diesel gensets on construction sites.

I would not be surprised if BOB was tested by a different shipping company, one with smaller vessels and shorter routes. "or with new marine clients that the company is approaching".

I think MSC will be concentrating on bunker supply and getting the LONO certifications for that. It's a huge undertaking and I can't see much room for a parallel BOB trial with all that going on.

Look at the MCap. At £1 per share the MCap would be £735m. This would be a bit higher than troubled ITM but £200m less than CWR which is also dragging it's heels.

FFWD to 2025/2026 and with the hockey stick curve in uptake of systems, you'd have to surely be looking towards £2bn+ MCap, or £3 per share?

If you look at ITM and CWR MCap highs prior to the tech rout, and the USA Fuel Cell companies the same, £2bn is quite achievable for a company doing the business, which AFC should soon start doing.

I haven't sold any and I'm not going to. To me it's daft and short sighted to sell a stock you paid peanuts for just because it's gone up a bit. The upside potential here over just this year is into the £+ and £'s further on, so I'll keep my few million for that, thanks.

But WTF do you call long term? In stock markets the expression long term has meant 3 years or more. Medium term being 1-3 years, and short term 1 year or less.

So no, completely incorrect claim.

In 3 years AFC will be way higher, in the £'s per share, IMVHO.
