All that is saying is that they can't tell you anything, they have to tell the whole market or nobody. I get that you are thinking that then means the fuel being released from customs is material, but to me it is just a generalisation.
If they told you the fuel had been released, you would know that the trial was about to commence but the rest of the market wouldn't. So in a way it could be viewed as price sensitive, but on the other hand it's not material because it does not mean that the trial will be successful.
It's a bit of a complicated one for QFI and the NOMAD to decide whether an RNS is required or not for this event, but in my view, and as per QFI not advising in the past of fuel shipped or delivered, it is not, although I think they should do it out of courtesy having told us 2 fuels were held up, then one, so should advise us when it's none.
