Ctrlaltdelete, I took it that he was referring to stocks that don't 10-bag, and where PI's keep getting their holdings diluted by fund raisings so never make the gains they hope for when they get in. Obvs his theory doesn't apply to all companies, but certainly to many on AIM that I've watched over the years. Luckily I went with my own research 12 years ago and got a load of AFC at just under 1p share price.

Being power supplier to Extreme E is great for PR, also great for AFC's green credentials when viewed by all types of investors, especially ethical investors and ii's with ethical funds.

Extreme E also gets us PR in front of big money people in motor racing (LH for example), vehicle manufacturers, and all the big name sponsors.

Extreme E may lead to us supplying power to Formula E (currently uses Glycerine, which still has emissions, we have zero emissions). Especially if they decide to make Formula E longer races with charging stops (being looked at they say, to bring it closer to Formula One spec).

The price looks like another filled order, where the price is an average of all the small trades loaded into it, as I think it very unlikely that an MM or SETS trade would do a deal down to 5 decimal places, especially a deal for nearly £00k worth, more likely they would round it up.

Acciona and ABB will have undoubtedly been asked by their clients to provide clean power in situations where it was not possible or very expensive, and most of these would be one the back burner awaiting a better solution. Along comes AFC with it's 'cost effective' Fuel Cells and opens up new possibilities for these projects.

I don't think ABB and Acciona need to go out hunting for sales, they'll have a load of opportunities already waiting.

A dealer at a broker I worked for once told me "don't get in too early, wait for the ii's to come in, as they'll trample all over the PI's that got in early", and that about sums up what's happening and will continue to happen with AFC from now on.

The ii's are the bread and butter of MM's, PI's are just the mugs in the way of big money.

I'd call that a big trade. Reported at 12 but must be delayed for that size. An hour delay would make it a buy at that price.

But AFC is LSE listed, so surely the LSE rules apply, not the resident country of the holder?

Big buys don't necessarily equal a reportable holding.

To require reporting a single ii / HNW would need to reach or exceed a holding of 3% = 20,284,540 shares.

We've seen a few big buys between 500k and nearing 1m, but they could all be going to different ii / HNW or into different funds, so no requirement for any one holder to report a 3% holding.

Yeah, I posted the Asko link last week on here, there sure is a lot of potential there with 600 big trucks (equals big batteries) to charge.

ABB EV Charger will be ready to go soon enough. AFC Generator will be good to go soon too. I think anything outside that will need some working out and will therefore be further down the list for resources this year. AFC's priority is to get those EV Charger and Generator orders in, and systems flying out the door.

I was thinking that although ABB have 1000 Rapid EV Chargers in Norway, there are a huge number of big battery EV's (such as Tesla's) in Norway that can take the high power, and ABB must have, along the way to installing those 1000, been asked to install Rapid Chargers in many locations that turned out to not have enough power available.

With the AFC based system, ABB can go back and revisit those sites and offer the clients (car parks, offices, factories, parks, motorway services, big hotels, etc) the new system, simply saying "we can do that for you now!

Siemens liked the AFC + ABB news on AFC's Twitter feed. Would not surprise me to see a deal signed with them.

Electric cars comprised 54% of all new vehicle sales in Norway for 2020.

This makes Norway the first country to have sold more electric cars than petrol, hybrid, and diesel engines in a year.
