In reply to YellowF1, how do you know if they are buys or sells? YOU DON'T!!

Did you sell out and want back in lower, or did you trade some and want to get some back cheaper? Hence proclaiming there are large sells in the title of a new thread, hoping to scare people perhaps?

Anyone else would have put "Large Trades" and then discussed it, so you obviously have a motive for the scaremongering headline, along with zero analysis of what the trades actually were, because analysis (see below) would show there is zero proof they are sells.

You know full well that the trades are only marked as sells on here because they are at a price lower than the closing price, but that has no bearing on whether they are buys or sells because they were done hours ago, when the prices for bid and ask were completely different. Do you take everyone for fools??

Because they are filled orders, where the stock is collected over hours or days, the price at the time they were put through is irrelevant, the price of the trades is an average price of all the small trades that were combined into it.

Looking at the trade prices following the times when these deals were put through, they made NO DIFFERENCE to the share price. Take that for what you will, but I would expect big sells to make the prices drop, THEY DIDN'T, so either they were buys or they were sells that were easily absorbed by the MM's.

So for everyone else, there is no reason to be bothered by these trades, and ignore scaremongering headlines on BB threads, there's usually a motive behind them.

Steady rises of a few percent each day is fine. The higher the price the more that few percent is worth in real terms too.

They miss the point of local grid issues and fleets, but that's OK, AFC have that covered!

tinlode, does it matter? The fact is EV busses are selling in the thousands, FC busses are not comparatively. EV infrastructure is booming, FC refuelling is not comparatively.

An EV battery manufactured using renewable energy is going to be low emissions.

How do you think VW make the ID.3 Carbon neutral on delivery? Thus there is no reason why an entire bus cannot be made Carbon neutral as well.

What is the Carbon Footprint of a vehicle Fuel Cell and reinforced (loads of metal) Hydrogen fuel tank? Do you think all of the precious metals in the catalyst are mined and refined at zero Carbon? And all the metal used in the construction of the fuel cell and tank is also Carbon neutral?

I see huge potential for AFC/ABB EV Charging busses.

I'm sure AB has mentioned busses in one of his videos, but either way there are now dozens of EV Bus models and they are being taken up un large numbers (hundreds each) by cities around the World.

Ultimately a lot of them will want rapid charging, as only being able to use a bus for only half a day means they need two busses to do the same as one fossil fuel bus, which is not going to happen. They'll do a few morning runs, then get rapid charged so they can do a few afternoon/evening runs, then slow charge overnight.

And based on that article, potential exists for a Fuel Cell range Extender, using AFC's high density Fuel Cell.

AFC certainly has the technology to take a nice chunk of the market targeted by the US FC companies, technology that allows AFC systems to use low grade Hydrogen or Ammonia even with impurities, that makes us the lowest OPEX option, and an even more logical choice when you factor in that the CAPEX for our systems is also much lower.

AB says he's already working on more strategic agreements, a few more of those will certainly boost the MCap, hopefully in the same way PLUG got boosted yesterday.

Indeed, if you look at the price movement vs buy/sell volume changes today, it looks more like supply and demand is back to affecting the price, instead of what the MM's were doing to fill orders over the past two weeks.

It goes without saying that I believe there are a lot of new ii shareholders under 3%. If anyone has the time, have a look at the late reported trades each day since the ABB news (I can see them on ADVFN), you'll see many 200k to 875k trades, and those are just the one's on LSE. ii's can also load up via dark pools like Barclays LX, so they don't affect the share price while they accumulate.
