I fully expect AFC sales in Q4, but nothing is going to happen to AB if no sales materialise, as AFC have enough money to last them about 10 years at the H1 burn rate. You can panic all you like, but anyone that knows how much money AFC have and how long contracts can take with big organisations, they wont panic.

This is a massive opportunity for AFC to secure project finance for big (multi-MW or even GW) installations. I sent it on to AFC this morning. AFC should join the initiative as a non-anchor partner, as Plug Power and Ballard are expected to.

French companies TotalEnergies, Air Liquide, and VINCI are joining other international companies to sponsor the creation of the world’s largest clean hydrogen infrastructure solutions fund.

The clean hydrogen infrastructure fund wants to reach 1.5 billion Euros ($1.7 billion). It has already secured 800 million euros ($927 million).

Its objective is to push the growth of the clean hydrogen ecosystem by investing in large strategic projects. Leveraging the alliance of industrial and financial players is also important for the fund.

Moreover, the fund will invest in the entire value chain of hydrogen, in the regions like the Americas, Asia, and Europe. It will invest as a partner in large upstream and downstream clean hydrogen projects.

The fund will be managed by Hy24. Hy24 is a new 50/50 joint venture between Ardian, a private investment house, and FiveT Hydrogen, a clean hydrogen enabling investment platform. For instance, this allows the fund to merge with their similar initiative and to add Plug Power as an anchor partner, as well as Chart Industries and Baker Hughes joining together

LOTTE Chemical has also confirmed that it wants to participate as an anchor investor. So it is the first Asian company to join. The fund expects to attract further investments from large financial players, with AXA as an anchor investor.

Large international industrial players from North America and Europe also intend to join the initiative. They will join as non-anchor partners, and some of those are Groupe ADP, Ballard, EDF, and Schaeffler.

In conclusion, the fund should be able to contribute with a total value of about 15 billion euros ($17 billion).

Something else just crossed my mind re AFC's Ammonia Cracker.

In the past 12 months there has been a massive surge in projects and interest in Ammonia as a new fuel. Massive multi $Bn Ammonia projects have sprung up, Japan has recently started importing Ammonia from Saudi and wants to set up smaller power stations around cities instead of huge remote ones. China is looking at using Ammonia, etc.

This may be another factor in AFC bringing the Diverse Energy Ammonia Cracker back to R&D, as Ammonia is going to be a massive opportunity.

Just filter the plum, he obviously has massive chips on both shoulders to keep using the same baseless arguments to talk down a stock he claims to hold. He bought AFC way back in 2008 around the same time that I did, he should be up over 5000% like me, it does not make to me that he would moan about the share price when already massively in profit and probable top sliced meaning all his shares are actually free of cost now!!

Here's my hypothesis. AFC's priority was to offer a system with a commercial Ammonia Cracker ASAP. The Diverse Energy Ammonia Cracker would have needed development work to scale it up to match the AFC FC system, this would have taken longer than AFC had, it would have used up resources and money which AFC needed to prioritise towards the AFC FC system, therefore AFC decided to simplify the route and acquire an off the shelf Ammonia Cracker.

Since AFC raised another £36m they would have more available cash, and since mid 2021 were taking on a lot more staff which would give them the resources, and with a desire to reduce costs of the FC systems wherever possible, they decided to get the Diverse Energy Ammonia Cracker off the back burner and into development.

4) Because '3' is using the Alkamem membrane, then I'd expect an update on Alkamem too
5) Juelich system completed and probably delivered
6) New product releases
7) Strategic collaboration in maritime sector possibly

Just checking Autotrader for the day, and the total EV's for sale has dropped to 5,985, a drop of 127 today. Over 8 days the average drop per day has been 139. I can't see how many new listings went on there each day but they need to be added to the drop figure to see how many were sold each day. Maybe Autotrader will soon publish the stats for the month. In any case, if the drop continues at that rate for just 43 days, there will be no EV's left on Autotrader!

What Ammonia Gas conversion technology? That sounds like we have our own Ammonia Cracker under development? I know we bought the Diverse Energy assets but I was not aware of any current development of them happening?

It says in the advert "With demand for our products strongly growing" so MPO is talking out of their butt again I guess (filterd so only going by the post from jgbb).

"With demand for our products strongly growing" suggests to me that we should be getting some sales agreements signed off very soon.

I read an article this morning that said grid connected battery backed EV charging did not hold up to expectations. Well it's quite logical really, especially for fleets or busy places, because the battery can only charge up as quickly as the grid can supply power to it. If the number of vehicle charges per day exceed the grid supply (eg 500kw out, only 250kw in), then it's useless. AFC don't have that issue, they size the power feed according to the number of vehicle charges per day, job done.

I'm still happy with my prediction because:

1) It was said to just be a bit of a laugh, a game to play while we were bored at the start of the year, so I just put down a crazy number for a laugh, same as many others did
2) Does anyone actually know anyone that has ever made an accurate price prediction? NO, not even highly paid stock analysts
3) The price would actually be a lot closer to my prediction if it wasn't for the turds that sell on every rise and then short the stock so they can buy it back cheaper, if it wasn't for them fooking around with the stock, if everyone held onto their stock, the price would keep rising to new levels, but they are too thick to understand that concept
4) It doesn't matter to me that the price has not reached the number I posted, what actually matters is where true value for the stock is. Zeus say it's 188p right now. The point being that true value is often realised for those who wait for it. In fact, by the time we have the things expected in Q4, Peel Hunt and Zeus could be saying true value is 250p, 300p or even 325p. The stock may then take a little while to get there, but I have waited over a decade and I'm quite happy to continue waiting, and hopefully all the turds will fook off at £1 never to be heard from again.

If the launch of the AFC EV Charger is done the same way (build up, webcast, follow up e-mail with more details and links to share for the Webcast etc) then I'll be very happy with that!!

Nothing in there specifically about FC power, but 360kW output is certainly in the AFC park.

Brilliant that it can charge up to 4 vehicles at the same time and can be configured with any connector the client requires. I like the big screen and simplicity of Plug-And-Charge too!

We'll have to wait a little longer to see if this is the same charger that's being integrated with the AFC FC system. I think there's a high chance of that based on the power level and that ABB do not go backwards.

I noticed a spate of sells at 3pm, no doubt the traders that were waiting to see if the new charger involved AFC, muppets LOL!!
