I'm not going to go into timelines as they can change, and my crystal ball is cloudy today :-D

What I will say is:

1) The L Series Fuel Cell (large footprint, but works now off Ammonia so could be the choice for some clients with no space issues) is available commercially.
2) The HFC Fuel Cell (a small footprint modified S Series membrane based Fuel Cell) is being produced now, for deployment in H1 2022 (calendar year) running off Hydrogen. Later in the year a Methanol Reformer will be added to it.
3) The S Series (a small footprint membrane based Fuel Cell, using AFC's proprietary technology membrane) will be available in 100kW format late 2022 and 200kW in early 2023.
4) Alkamem, AFC's proprietary technology AEM (Anion Exchange Membrane) has other uses.

AFC are dealing with some big companies where multiple orders should come at some point.

1) Global company ABB will sell AFC systems integrated with EV chargers and also into other markets such as Data Centre's.
2) Huge construction company Acciona will replace diesel generators on construction sites, so again multiple orders, and will be getting one of the HFC systems in June.
3) Mace is another construction company, same scenario as Acciona.
4) Altaaqa supply generators to the Middle East / MENA region (construction sites and any off grid power requirements) and are looking to replace them with AFC systems.
5) Urban Air Port will use AFC systems to recharge drones and visiting EV's to their e-VTOL sites. They had 200 planned a while back and this has no doubt increased as news gets round about them.

An Anion Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell is one of the holy grails of Fuel Cells, due to it's low cost, high performance, low temperature, non-precious metal electrodes, good longevity. These benefits will be on top of AFC's low CAPEX and low OPEX cartridge based system, and ability to use cheap power dense Ammonia.

I wouldn't buy/sell anything based on what some unknown person says on a discussion board, and therefore I only post the information that can be of use to help making a decision, it's up to the reader to DYOR and convince themselves that it's a good idea to invest. My view is that you can never have too much information, and that is why I post a lot of information, I am just sharing the information that I've found for my own benefit.

There could be a very good reason why the AGM is being held where it is being held.

Possibly because it's a very nice hotel with excellent event facilities, where our biggest (meaning nobody on here, not by a long way!!) HNW, UHNW shareholders, analysts and ii's will be impressed. ABB are a shareholder, I expect someone to be at the AGM representing them for starters.

Quite often there will be a presentation to analysts the day before, so several of them will be there overnight and the nice hotel will certainly make them happy.

Possibly because AFC have something else lined up for shareholders either at the Hotel or nearby. As I posted yesterday:

I find it rather interesting that the Hotel is right next to Mercedes Benz World, and Brooklands Museum, either of which could host an AFC EV Charger, and/or the HFC for it's launch, for AGM visitors to see and for ii's to see at a typical pre-AGM presentation.

Brooklands Museum, oh look McLaren, they who joined Extreme E this year. And the Museum incorporates Brooklands Race Circuit.

If you're in a nominee account then you can get it from the website, but there's no reason why you should get it before those it's been posted to, where some may not use the internet (think grandparents that don't even have a smartphone).

The point really is that some will moan there was an RNS to say it would be on the Website, and why is it taking so long to upload it when it's already been posted, when really it only has to be there around the same time people receive it in the post. In this case it should arrive Monday, so if they put it on the Website sometime this weekend or Monday morning then nobody can really complain about it.

I've had Assthansius on filter for a long time, he's right back at 45 of 115 on my filter list so has to be filtered for a good 9 months I'd guess. Your reply implies the reason why he's on my filter and why he's staying on my filter.

This is an AFC Energy discussion board, it's not a board to discuss me, although some will obviously try to attack me because it suits their agenda. It's a well known bashers rule to attack the prominent bulls on the discussion boards, to try and degrade the positive sentiment of the board.

I post EV information because one of AFC's primary markets is EV Charging, the less intelligent and small minded people that can't see the big picture, they don't understand that the faster the EV market grows, and the bigger it grows, the more demand there will be for AFC EV Chargers, with or without an ABB badge on them.

EV uptake has a snowball effect, such that when 1 person buys an EV, all their family, friends and colleagues see it and a percentage of those end up buying an EV, and the process repeats.

In my case, I bought an EV in late 2018, and over the past 3.5 years have advised many friends and colleagues about EV's, to the point where over 30 of them now drive an EV. If you multiply that by the number of EV's sold each week, it soon snowballs up to big numbers very quickly, which benefits AFC.

Why AEX is worth a lot more....
1) A great stock considering the huge amount of gas it owns (potentially 1.25TCF to AEX)
2) A stock with a $35m free carry to production of that gas with multiple wells covered
3) A stock that received $1.85m at the end of 2021, enough to last a year (so no fund raising anytime soon, and the price will be a lot higher by then due to completion of 3D Seismic and drilling of the first production well)

5) A stock that many think has no immediate news, so those people are making money elsewhere and will dive back in nearer the time when they think news will appear, hence the dirt cheap price for anyone with longer term views to load up, just as I have done, and the buyer of 1m chunks has been doing recently.

Annual Report & Accounts 2021 and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting
