RE: Pay v Revenue10 Mar 2022 11:35
I agree with Aimmillionaire, most people don't have a clue what it is like running a 100+ employee company that's listed on the UK Stock Market, with a game changing technology that is targeting several billion pound markets, making deals directly with the CEO's of multi billion pound global companies that are leaders in their field.
It would be interesting, instead of just assuming AB is overpaid, bring us some comparisons to the salaries of CEO's at CWR, ITM, PPS, BE, BLDP, FCEL, NEL, PCEL, and PLUG. They are ALL losing way more money than AFC is every year, some lose as much in a quarter as AFC does in a year, so earnings is not a factor to base salary on, neither is sales, especially when the sales pipeline as 50 clients last June, several with multi order potential like Mace and Acciona. These sales could all arrive this year, fully justifying AB's salary, so the only way to argue about whether he is paid too much is to compare his salary with that of CEO's at peer companies.
Way back in 2015 I was told that "Adam is the driving force" and "Adam is the real deal". His ability to get deals directly with big company CEO's proves his worth in my book.
