An example of this has been ACCIONA and Jülich who have been engaging with AFC Energy on our new product portfolio expected for release in 2022. Due to previously communicated delays on each site, an opportunity has arisen to review product deployment for each site with a particular interest in the new S Series systems which are expected for early deployment in 2022. These changes in delivery demonstrate the importance of power density and flexible fuelling to end users who have been willing to delay their timelines to leapfrog to a solution better suited to their needs.

Please go and find me a Hydrogen Fuel Cell only manufacturer or even an Electrolyser only manufacturer that is profitable, you won't find one, despite companies like Plug Power reaching a $32bn MCap last year.

I suggest rather than look at profitability you look at what actually values a company in the stock market.

Investor returns here will be on the MCap increase in the early days. The company will need to keep expanding as sales grow, and the expansion will eat away at the profits, so dividends will not be paid for quite a while.

If you have been here 12 years then you have NO COMPLAINTS, (like me, DW, and several others here) as you would be sitting on a huge profit of around 3500% right now.

Lease on HFC systems will not be financed by AFC's cash, it will be, like any office equipment of company cars etc, financed by a lease finance company, that pays AFC IN FULL for the product when it is delivered to the client (possibly including all future annual maintenance payments), from then on the leasing company gets its returns and interest in payments from the client.

And I'm very positive, hence why I've been loading up at this ridiculous price, adding to what was already a large holding at zero cost that I bought over a decade ago.

With a big chunk of free stock, I didn't need to buy QFI, I could have bought anything, but everything is lined up or lining up for QFI to get the deals over the line, bunker fuel prices, oil prices, fuel price spreads, CO2 reduction, particulate and NOx reductions, energy security, dropping of covid restrictions etc.

This is the easiest time QFI have had in the past 2 years, possibly ever, in which to sell it's products, and I think they will get things moving soon enough.

The ii's were told several years ago that the DIS core strategy was 'DIS builds brands in order to sell them', because 'brands are where the big money is', and they were no doubt given a list of brands that had sold for tens of millions (he rolled some off to analysts on a video that was on YouTube a few years back). DG also says he laughed at offers of £10m for RedLeg.

At this point in time, many MANY years later, we have not sold a single brand!! That is surely an epic failure, because it is the core strategy!!

If DG had accepted the £10m for RedLeg, imagine how he could have built up the business with that, and made several other new brands worth £10m or even up to £50m each with enough advertising.

So we are now left drifting along just looking at sales figures every 6 months. It's no wonder people (especially ii's) are bored.

DG needs to get back to the core strategy and sell off Redleg, Blackwoods, and anything else that buyers will pay a good price for, then we can get on with creating the next wave of products, and we can all have a special dividend to make us a bit happier after a long time waiting for a decent return.

DG should remember that investors own the company, and they invest looking for a return, they do not invest just to create a gravy train for the BoD to live off forever.

Zero chance of AFC being acquired in the next few years. Others that are further ahead would be acquired first, such as CWR, BLDP, FCEL, PLUG, PCEL etc.

The point being that no company is going to acquire a Fuel Cell company until they have seen it's products commercially operating successfully 24/7/365 for at least a couple of years without any issues, their risk assessment would not let them. And by that time AFC will be several £'s per share. The buyer would rather pay the extra than take the risk too early.

This as well will drive the demand for investment in renewable electricity resources.

On the other hand, OECD countries resolved to make available more than $100 billion to invest in projects related to developing emerging economies including Uganda and Tanzania. The vast majority of this funding is to finance infrastructure projects that promote climate change initiatives.

Astra Energy established itself, and has physical presence in Uganda and Tanzania to access the funding to advance projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution infrastructure.

On December 22, 2021, the Company incorporated a subsidiary in Tanzania called Astra Energy Tanzania Limited. The Company is owned 80% by Astra Energy Inc. and 20% by Kiluwa Group of Companies Limited of Kinondoni, Tanzania.

The Company is currently in negotiations to acquire an existing 350MW Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant located in Spain (the “Plant”). The Company has engaged the engineering firm - Empresarios Agrupados – to complete a feasibility study for the relocation and installation of the Plant in Tanzania.

Astra is in the process of securing a gas supply agreement with the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation for the natural gas required to fuel the Plant. Once the agreement is executed, we will begin the process of relocating the Plant to Tanzania. As the Plant is installed, the Company will finalize power purchase agreements and distribution agreements.
