Those board appointments are no doubt to take POLY even further away from possible sanctions, ii's like BlackRock will be wetting themselves with this news. They all have brilliant CV's, and the fact these people have joined POLY at board level should give investors nothing but confidence.

Nothing on the UK economic calendar of any real interest until the Inflation Rate Wednesday 23rd and Retail Sales Friday 25th. A peace deal over the weekend would be nice to see though.

It's a really long video and I'm sure there's a few other interesting things in it for AFC shareholders. I'll watch it end to end at some point, but have a load of things to do right now so will probably watch it all in a couple of weeks on a quiet Sunday.

The 3MW EV charger sounds interesting, as they say on the video that it's already been shipped out to some truck manufacturers. Just one of those could take up to 15 x 200kW AFC Modules and would need that to be fully off grid.

AFC's original plans (detailed on their Website) were for a 2MW S Series in a 40' container , but with ABB already offering 1MW and 3MW configurations for it's Microgrid (with 200kW Ammonia fed FC modules), and soon a 3MW EV Charger, then I see AFC doing a deal with ABB to build 1MW systems instead of 2MW, so they can put up to 3 boxes onto the EV charger and also cover the 1MW and 3MW Microgrid products.

Soon I'd have thought if they want it done by mid Year, but we might not get access to it, as in June 2021 they said "ABB is working with investment bank Lilja on the preparations for the IPO with possible lead by UBS Group AG and Morgan Stanley", so unless you're a client of either of those, you'd have to hope that ABB publish it themselves.

The UT trade is outside of the MM's prices. The buyer of that stock therefore got it cheap in the auction, it does not mean that the price will open tomorrow at 140.1, it can start with the prices (bid/ask) that are advertised tonight, or change in a morning auction.

Blackrock or another bull could have bought them, or an MM that wants to sell them on tomorrow for 149p for a quick profit.

GenCell's Ammonia Fuel Cell is only 4kW not 200kW.

I would not be surprised if a deal is struck over this weekend. They both want the war to end for their own reasons, and a deal is the quickest way to achieve that.

GenCell are not competing with AFC and won't be. Is daz the dud still trying to pull the wool, like he's been doing for a decade?

I'm sure that the IPO Prospectus will detail AFC, as ABB hold an investment in AFC and AFC are part of the future of ABB products. The HNW, UHNW, brokers and ii's will all get to read about AFC, and as ABB decided it was a good idea to invest in AFC, then those readers are sure to look into AFC and see if they want to invest too.

CWR claim "sector-leading gross margin of 66% driven by our IP licensing model" yet on sales of £31.7m they lose £23.43m. Clearly they are nowhere near the economies of scale they need in order to become a profitable company.

AFC has designed it's systems to be low cost and profitable. It has outsourced manufacturing but will do assembly itself to begin with. This is all designed to make AFC a profitable company ASAP. There will be spend as we expand, but we will expand based only on demand indicated by clients, just as we have done so far.

Looking at the other FC/H2 companies ongoing losses, AFC could still be the first to make a bottom line profit. And before anyone says the usual guff about sales, the other FC/H2 companies can't erase their £20m+ losses overnight (think in years), so AFC does have the time to beat them to profitability. First to a bottom line profit will get an instant re-rating and ii's will be all over the stock.
