Not enough volume to get to 1p today I think, might be possible to close at 0.95p though, leaving only a tiny step to get above 1p next week.

So, for those not up to speed, two months to complete the trial (having had about a one month delay), which then leaves them a further 3 months to sign a commercial supply agreement with the client.

Indeed, QFI even put it into the Addendum agreement. They would not have put in an unrealistic target date, and there's no way Younes Maamar would have signed the agreement if the target date was unrealistic.

Amur just (11:17 today) announced sale of one of their projects, for $35m. They are up 48.9% with a MCap of £18.1m right now.

Their RNS:

"The divesture price represents a premium of 119% to the Company's market capitalisation of 3 August 2022 ( £13.2 million) and 44% to the current Kun-Manie book value of US$24.3 million as at 31 December 2021 in Amur's latest annual report. The closing share price on 3 August 2022 was 0.89 pence per share."

You seem to only be thinking about small time PI's, why? Have you never heard of Institutional Investors, HNW and UHNW investors? It does not require 'a heerd' of small PI's to get to 10p+, just a handful of those.

Oil might have taken a long time for Aminex to monetise, but not with ARA running the show (with huge amounts of Omani money they can throw at it) and the Tanzania Government would be falling over themselves to get it out of the ground ASAP.

The AEX MCap is based on asset value, so with a flowing well, if there was deemed 300mmbbl down there, the MCap would definitely not sit at below 4p LOL!!!!

That doesn't make sense.

With over 4bn shares in the market, the MM's can get hold of stock if they want it.

You are reading far too much into the situation that doesn't exist.

If stock was in short supply to that extreme, the MM's would have marked it all the way up to 2p by now, as they would know they could sell the stock into a rising price the demand created, and as they only make money on executing trades, they would love to do it.

Far more likely, the situation is that there is stock from the placing waiting to be sold at higher levels, but the MM's want meaningful news before moving up and taking it onto their books, they want buyers lined up so that the stock does not need to go on their books, going straight from seller to buyers instead.

Poor liquidity? You are joking of course!!

4,211m shares in issue. The liquidity couldn't get any better.

QFI, despite the huge dilution over the years, can still be valued at £1bn+, maybe in a few years with a zero carbon bioMSAR it might be double that.

Besides that, with a tiny cost base and big revenues, the profits will be high and so will the dividends, for those wise enough to keep hold of some stock long term it's free money every year, and will be far more per share than the current share price.

I'm with you on the future share price.

I look at what the MCap should be, based on MSC rollout alone, and see £500m as a fair target. That is 35p on its own.

Y-Alam now seems to be over egging the negativity far more than someone that is just a concerned shareholder. I can spot negative spin a mile away and suspect that is the game, maybe to just hope it stays down until the next pay day, but check their posts and that is now many negative posts one after the other, and now false claims.

I'm not interested in reading negative spin garbage, so on the filter he/she goes.

Nobody seems to understand that the Remuneration Committee only set targets that are a simple multiple of the current price. They do not analyse the MSC deal, or the power deals, or anything else, the Brokers do for their valuation, but the Remuneration Committee is not there to analyse and forecast (GUESS!!) what the share price might be in a year's time if all the projects are successful, they are only there to give the Directors a target to achieve, based only on a multiple of the current share price, and if as per the previous target they fail to reach it then they don't get a bonus, simple. The Remuneration Committee think that the multiple offered is a fair and reasonable target, such that anyone buying TODAY can also make the same gain on the stock if the Directors achieve their target.
