Can someone here go please and ask the evil guy directly why he couldn't support a mere 65p when he rejected same offer and lied about growth. Also why he thinks he deserves all those free shares. Lastly, why he hasn't resigned yet since he failed on his growth promise.

Doom, Yeah you're right well paid for doing nothing but destroying shareholder value. Bond holders, shareholders and banks need to cap CEO pay along with management. Make real profit then get paid, lose money - basic pay, no more free shares too for evil greedy guy.

If Darby can't keep the SP trading within 55p - 65p range after rejecting 65p offer then he is useless. Just a thought..........I think CEOs can influence / block a sale. GD blocked the sale by lying about 2% - 4% growth......Unilever blocked sale by launching share buybacks, increased divi, selling brands and supporting SP over the bid price. GD is a mean guy as he blocked sale but did nothing to support the SP.......I hope he burns in hell.

The pension position is clear and in the open now as well so 75p - 80p should be achievable only if GD allows it. GD is our GOD at PF......all hail him.

The police investigation is just another noise that might have been orchestrated by you know who to ensure that big holders don't demand more than what Gatemore is accepting. This deal is as good as done, DX has ceased to exist as it was before as you can see that MNZS is running us now indirectly.

I guess GD was caught out again...........the RNS could have stated that PFD is always actively looking to boost shareholder returns and a sale / merger / acquisitions is possible. This would have lifted the shares even if there was nothing. GD needs to take more free shares before he is satisfied. Not looking forward to any update as it would be another short attack on the SP.

I think PETS is a takeover target, a weak one so it is a trading plan which is meant to drive down SP, frustrate some holders to sell, then a cheeky offer with fake premium comes in. They did it with Home retail, poundland and many small weak companies.

I wouldn't open spreadbet on a share like PFd as your stop can be hunted down easily. So you think PFD can't sink below 33p?

Hi snowy111, I actually miss my old self too, lots of private shady deals must have been completed since end of march. MNZS are smart but they are bad trying to screw us that low with the first reverse offer. I just hope they get the loan facility in place and push the deal through before end of July and God knows we don't need no freaking CMA to review this merger as it is more of a rescue anyway.

can't find any news yet but those insider trading bastards must be making serious money from this thanks to GD.

They should put the company up for sale as i think the current management is boring and useless considering we are in a boom cycle for data / cloud it services. Too much focus on FCA crap as well.....FCA needs to focus on individuals / audit company responsible and not the whole company as they are just punishing shareholders. We don't care about divi but just stop diluting our shares and cancel any future generous share awards / options.

Mr Kipling IPO - you must be joking right. Mr Kipling is so lame and not even branching out into healthy and properly made cakes. Just some overly sweet fluff called cake with nothing really good. They invest more in the packaging than what goes inside. Cadbury's celebration cakes are good but not sure who makes them. Can Mr Kipling make and sell celebration cakes? Also why not allow ambrosia to make ice cream and yoghurt instead of just freaking custard and rice pud?

The dodgy bastards always push SP down before the offer. Will it be a fake 100% premium? Never I am looking for 70% on average closing price of 40p - 41p. The fraudsters have based the share around this area for that purpose.
