Reallyrich, DX IR don't reply emails, i am not sure they really care about private investors disturbing them. I had to complain about their practice but it seems the best news yet was the sacking of the CEO and his buddy from CITYLINK. There is a history of liquidation with those two people. From float price to what we are trading at now is a disgrace - if DX was a oil E&P, mining, renewable, space exploration, biotech, crypto currency company then i would understand.

65p is the minimum here but can GD polish up his acts and learn from the great american CEOs on how to sell nothing for something. PFD has some good brands that need love and capable hands........GD and his gang are not up to the job and they need to realise this and sell the whole company. Jimmy Choo recently put the company for sale while trading at 172p......final offer came in at 230p! If the company has not being paying staff and directors with debt or using all profits to service debt then it should be worth a lot considering the brands that they have.

I think GD should have put the business up for sale last year after receiving first offer and before sleeping with Nissin.

2reinc, Blame GD for us being miserable, PFD to me is not an open / trustworthy public company. I think GD wants to do a management buyout at 5p. I don't know how he gets those votes, keeps his job plus free shares.

I hope we don't get any shocker on tuesday........the SP needs to get back above 200p. People are spending more on dogs and having a dog is fashionable now. come on PETS, 200p on tuesday!

I guess some private trades have been done already. Also the offer doesn't feel like a reverse takeover as MNZS is running the show. We need to start trading very soon..............above 30p would do it for me but 40p would be great.

PETS will get an offer very soon.......it just feels like it. I've seen this trading patterns in CHOO, HOME, PLND.......they whack the share down, keep it down and boom a very cheeky offer but hey it's still a good premium but way below recent highs.

PFD said 65p "significantly undervalues" the company which means GD and his friends are hiding the true value so they can load up on free shares.

We need an offer too as this company needs corporate investors and not rich individuals who don't really care about SP movement.

You never quit do you? Anyway, considering how much McC paid for RB's food unit, PFD offer price could have been improved if TD knew how to talk to the big boys. McC was thirsty for deals and knows the values of brands......PFD did fk what with Quorn! Is Quorn doing better now? Is Hovis doing a wee better now?

Damn, GD "the GOD" didn't just reject the offer......he was very rude to a big company then jumped in bed with a Japanese cork blocker. I am sure McC would have paid 75p only if our rude CEO asked nicely.

I have given up commenting on this SP, the big boys are so greedy and want to frustrate us little guys until we sell to them at these low prices. I am not selling for anything less than 65p................I am not enjoying this game but I know what the value is and what McC was prepared to pay. I also know how much Nissin paid for their stake.

weak RNS, we call on the government .............Wow, ITM just got the news that it hasn't promoted FCEV properly as it is focused on something else. Japan is big on FCEV already which means the U.K would pump money in it if it was promoted the right way. Pure EVs will get most if not all the money while FCEV will get tiny grants for experimenting.

sellonnews, ITM is always too late, my main fear is that Linde Ag would knock ITM out when big money is poured into H2 refuelling stations. ITM needs to be a sweet takeover target and not a pushover.

ITM needs extra buzz and needs to be consumer focused, if H2 refuelling stations are going to be making serious money in the next 5 - 10 years then ITM needs to create market instead of waiting for big companies who move at snail's pace. BMW and Volvo will start making loads of electric cars in 2020.....when tesla has started since. While not making money, it has created buzz and SP has rocketed. That's what i want too, too many hopers here......guys here need to understand that they are only here to make money not try and sound like entrepreneurs.

.......erm but ITM could have begged toyota to just freaking keep the mirai simple for the U.K market. Or even order 100 hydrogen cars then lease it out as part of rapid uptake strategy. You can't sit and wait while linde Ag, and others are around to take all the market share. ITM needs to start showing their faces everywhere and spend money on tangible / customer facing products. We need to order hydrogen cars (prius hydrogen car) and hydrogen vans then lease it around london close to our hydrogen station network to cabbies / delivery drivers. Now that is hype which will triple the SP and we don't even need to make any profit.......this old school guys running U.K businesses are lame.
