Surely PFD is highly profitable but that profit is wiped out by execs pay / high finance costs. Do you get it Bisto, now that's why you need an heavyweight like McC to cut finance costs and lay off useles / duplicate execs and managers that are not needed. Most companies over compensate the execs for doing F all when the real workers are down in the factory / distribution centres. Sorry the product development section have been woeful so that should be closed. Bring on AI and soon most company boards would be run by AI thereby reducing huge cost.

We gave 1 year to produce what he promised when he rejected an offer without soliciting / recommending a higher offer. A lot of people here don't understand how bad GD played us. He played the game like a fool.......all GD had to do was ask for say 85p then wait for McC to walk away but at least we won't be down this low. You need to be smart as a CEO and i don't see anything bad in asking for more money if you think the current offer is low. Just freaking tell the shareholders to holdout for a price. The dodgy CEO didn't do none of that......he just invited Nissin to his party, scooped up his free shares, sent out profit warning, gave himself LTIP, borrow new money to pay old money and now wants to cut cost. The City thinks private investors are fools with their old play book..............$hit has got to change folks.

I hope Sandytroll read the letter as it questions GD's position as he's a liar and his pants are on fire. That GD ain't a MAN, you can't be classed as a man if you cannot deliver your own set targets (low). 65p is a lot higher than 39p........GD needs to go this weekend just like the other failure at CLLN. GD might say look at CLLN, i am doing a better job than a FTSE 250 company.....haha! We private investors should sue the BOD of PFD (not PFD as a company) for turning down a very good offer in order to favour themselves by acquiring more free shares, doing favours for Nissin and bankers they sell their bonds to. This is a pure case of misleading investors by lying about growth. In america, investors are suing the company that sold grenfell tower cladding just because their product wasn't good enough. The U.K is crap, nobody takes these fking fat cats to court.

Menzies need to update us properly and stop messing us about. Their response to the trading update was flat.......we need to start trading very soon over 30p hopefully. The CEO and his CFO who have been very ineffective / shallow / boring have been shown the door.

He is a crazy guy I must say, copying pot noodles but couldn't be a lot cheaper! This guy is a fraud, do you think people would shop in Aldi / Lidl if their copycat products are same price / more expensive than current leading brands? PFD would be better learning from Aldi / Lidl. We have the brands, now we need efficiency, simplicity, healthy options.......then sell more.
