I am not comparing both companies but i just think PFD would be good for their pantry and they can develop PFD brands better. I am so sorry that i got you posting again. PFD would be good for a company focused on cost cutting and removing unnecessary management levels. PFD needs a general manager along with other managers only, no CEO, no board..........just make goods that are relevant / needed and supply.

Please come and buy us too and expand your online tentacles..........70p will be the starting point because of freaking Nissin.

Can you guys please just compare DX with other logistics and delivery company......DX is a complete fraud.

These big funds you keep saying don't care are in on this together. They loan out shares that they manage on behalf of their pension clients who would be told to look at current interest rate for guidance on their performance. These funds make more money loaning out shares. GD makes money for the bankers that loan the company money at high interest rate. Why don't shareholders get LTIP for holding for so long.........we all need to start asking tough questions. The PFD IR don't like replying shareholder email.

GD's vocal is just lies.........2% - 4% growth, brexit has no effect on us, we produce everything locally, 65p offer significantly undervalues PFD as 4% growth is achievable, we will sell cake to go and fake pot noodles along with frozen custard. Oh GD comes back with a big warning.....no growth, nothing, gonna borrow some more money to pay old debt, then award myself huge number of free shares.....now that's getting vocal.

What a PIG, there should be a law to prevent losers like GD from rewarding themselves for doing nothing but lie and waste money on old ideas. Stupid guy just looking at the old playbook and replaying it. No tie up with Amazon, no focus on defensive section of the market..........mr Kipling is all GD wastes money on.

These losers have dirty guts to reward their own failure........what about the shareholders? I thought politicians were bastards, this GD and his gang are pure evil. Incentive for what? bankrupting its shareholders.

The latest RNS means we're stuck for another 3 years with PFD as GD and the gang want those free shares. The only hope is if any buyer would offer the management another job with similar LTIP crap. We private investors need to set up businesses that don't issue any free shares after float......just dividends and cash bonuses.

GD looked very nervous at the last presentation, I hope he's voted out but that's a big ask.

DX board has lost it and need to check into a corporate Rehab. I hope MNZS is still on board as they hold the key to our exit door from DX's prison.

So much deals have been done already this year but PFD is still sad and alone. PFD is a good buy for a bigger company who can do away with the current board and execs. This company should be trading like a poor man's Unilever at least. I thought Unilever was too expensive with high multiples but nope.....they even got an offer.

One of the insiders, trying to liquidate a company that has found a way to lose 90% in under 2 years without flying to the moon..........just delivering parcels / letters. Can you guys just compare DX numbers with similar companies from float and you will see that there is something wrong. Personally I think the aim was to liquidate DX.

I just hope any investigation is focused on individuals not the company itself. The IR don't even reply emails, don't know why they are paid.

I guess whoever wanted to buy PFD was just waiting for the useless election to be finished before pouncing...........................please let it be. GD has tormented my brain as i still can't figure why he turned down the deal instead of stalling / ask for higher offer which could have dragged towards brexit referendum........boom dollar could buy more dumb sterling.....85p here you go!

I just wish they bought this sad company outright. Wincanton, stobart and other companies with lower revenues are doing ok. DX. is a joke seriously and i think MNZS is doing us a favour but they need to gain from it as well.

Not lucky that we're in this. I referred DX. to FCA as well and anybody who looks at DX knows something ain't right with the management. DX is meant to be a boring stable company, but no it seems the management likes to create bad news some how.......super hub this, huge impairment that.

Stobert trades at such a premium, DX's turnover is decent but the management just know how to waste money. I hope we get at least 30p on float but 40p would be better considering the pain DX has inflicted on us serial average down guys.
