With all that free cash from BOJ, i thought NIssin would buy PFD without blinking or looking through the books. I was sure wrong, when a CEO turns down an offer without a counter-offer then the books are not in order. That is my opinion............

I said PFD needs a person that works in a company like Unilever as they know how to grow and develop brands along with a steady SP. PFD brands are better than all own supermarket brands and only second or third to well known brands. PFD CEO role is a great job for someone who will never become Unilever CEO.

Did you see what Unilever did when offer came flying in? The board rejected offer but supported SP with a master plan within weeks and the SP traded above the offered price. So wtf is wrong with your beloved PFD board?
