The horrible deal will be blocked, DX. will get a cheeky low takeover offer say 15p / 20p which would be rejected. New board will be put in place........it would be a very slow recovery.

DX will never trade at 75p as the SP will be diluted by 80%........your current holdings would equate to just 20% of the new company........we are talking about a delivery / logistics/ distribution company so forget any huge intangible assets but depreciating assets, debt and huge pension liabilities.

How low will tasty go? We are due for abounce but it seems luck is not on our side. Tasty need to defend and prop the SP ASAP.

Same here as well, after crashing from 75p to 27p......I thought the BOD would be very ashamed of themselves and work tirelessly to improve share price but how wrong can I be. The BOD are determined to liquidate the company hence why I referred DX Plc to FCA.

wow, you must work for DX as you have no clue about the dumb reverse takeover. Gatemore withdrew the requisition because of the merger proposal which includes new board headed by Menzies guys as they would own 80% of the new enlarged company. Common sense says......WTF menzies! just buy us out if you believe those fake cost synergies then spin it off later. FCA is currently looking into this and i don't mind losing money but i don't want the CEO and his gang making money.

Did some research on both and my God, they are both private companies that have grown from nothing to huge chain that has invaded the U.K. Tesco and co. are useless public companies that have only destroyed shareholder value, ruined suppliers by wasting money on ads and promo. This bad culture has has affected the whole sector.....how can Lidl and Aldi be making money with own brands? Less adverts, less executive pay, hardwork and keeping things simple and prices reasonable.

2re, True, ambrosia can delve into yogurt pots or ice cream......who needs a frozen custard? Ambrosia brand can be licensed to a supermarket as well for use with own brand milk / yogurt too. Imagine all Tesco branded milk was ambrosia?

Frozen custard was a joke, they would do better just making ambrosia branded ice cream and market it as organic / healthy crap. Paul Hollywood range is a joke.......how many people wanna knead dough. Main frustration here is rejection of offer and lack of in-depth negotiation with McCormick. Some CEOs are just pen pushers while some are creative, innovative and productive. GD is a mere office worker, hence why I never thought he would reject 65p offer.

7 years in PFD? Wow......just over a year for me! I am a high conviction / rotate trader. I always hit my targets between 3 - 12 months. This was going that way but I never thought 65p would be rejected, I was expecting more bargaining, counter offer, rival bid. Nissin buying at 63p also gave me confidence but seems I am stuck here too now. Problem with big companies / listed companies is that there is no incentives for being prudent. Overspending and wastage is the way to go in the U.K
