Gatemore has not withdrawn its requisition and intends to follow through with the overhaul of the board. I hope gate more gets support from other big holders to block this terrible deal unless Menzies wants to make an offer.

I just wanted Darby to play hard ball, squeeze McC for more money instead of rejecting offer. Why not make a reasonable counter offer. 70p last year would have been ok but nope......now compare Unilever SP, it matched and surpassed the rejected offer.

strange thing is DX CEO is getting the chop if this goes through......i hope they get the SP moving. I saw the RNS title and started getting happy because i thought we finally have an offer but nope DX. is one offering. Gatemore's holding would be seriously diluted.

I hope so but we could have rallied if the takeover or merger was initiated by Menzies. Menzies should have given us the big break we needed. This reverse takeover is complicated and the new issue price would be what?

Menzies buys DX. for 30p cash or with shares in Menzies for those who don't want to sell at 30p. Menzies then merges its delivery division with DX. and then float it after full integration.

They turned 100p into 9p so why should they have more. DX. Should have been taken over for 60 million not us paying that for same rubbish delivery division of another company. 30p offer from Menzies would have done it, they can afford it easily then spin the whole division off after a year or two of good trading.

It won't go through unless gatemore backs down, may be ojls can lend 60 million to DX. So that new shares wouldn't be issued. It's ridiculous to issue new shares after it has fallen by more than 90%.......DX can't get a loan, can't issue bond because the deal is a Ponzi............price must have been inflated too! Great job guys, I'm off to make my formal complaint to FCA.

Reverse takeover......desperate freaks are trying to hide something gatemore but willing to invite John Menzies to finish the job of value destruction.

Yesterday's rally didn't hold..........when DX slumps it craters big time. Why the hell can't we get solid bounce? I hope tomorrow is super positive with a bit of surprise too. Add some tiny divi to spook the shorters then cut it again later.

Shootii, Good on you mate, next update would be defensive too with a lot of fake promises about more in the pipeline. Cost is the main problem here and pure incompetence of the board.

That was my thinking too so I bought in at 83p then they smashed it down again just to demoralise us little private investors.

I hope the MMs are done hunting stops.........

Shootii, What's your average? If it's below 10p then I fully understand your positivity towards the board. I started buying DX. last year after their major plunge @ 25p. I thought from 80p to 25p was overdone and that DX. would find it easier to grow the SP from their but how wrong have I been.....I have been averaging down constantly in case a low takeover offer come flying in.
