Really? wow........remember that MMs don't need to disclose positions up to to percentage. You're so naive to believe the disclosures that you see. The only reasonable explanation for supporting Darby is that big holders don't need SP appreciation as they make more money on the notes / bonds / stock loan.......hence why they are happy as it is stable. The only positive here is that, big holders like something about PFD.

He was re-elected with huge backing from the big holders! Haha, they have loaned out all the shares to shorters and Darby is their best man to run the company down. Also same big holders would rather buy PFD bonds that pays juicy yields. Private investors are fked..........as always.

londondan, PFD is a great value / takeover target play, the CEO screwed us up. I only bought in freshly last year after looking at undervalued companies with takeover prospect.

McCormick's latest acquisition sends out a huge message to our big shareholders. I hope they vote against the whole BOD tomorrow, put the company for sale!

Haha, great news to quicken the exit of a selfish and failure of a CEO. McC means business and imagine the BOD were honest and showed them that the books are clean and not cooked, discuss in great depth about pension deficit, may be they would feel sorry for us and increase their offer.
