Why are we trading below 10p even though any new shares issued would be @ 10p per share. Also the directors are sinking more than 5 million into this thing along with more than 12 million from the biggest shareholder. MMs must be crazy..........

Mcfirth, I know but the company needs to be run properly and I think gatemore has done a good job to secure their own investment. A company with 300 million annual turnover in a growing sector that needs only cost cutting and maximum efficiency. In the age of Internet shopping the old board managed to screw us over. Now gate can simply offer us 30p a share or stay in for the long term.

Gatemore and co. just pumped in more than the Mcap! Why not just buy us out at 30p a share and stop the gimmick. The secured loans at what 10% annual interest is bad as they technically own the company and can make good returns on the interest alone without worrying about the SP. All our profit would be used to pay interests not divi.

PFD is a different dog, 30p plunge before a 50p offer comes in. More LTIPs, bonuses for directors to follow.

Royal Mail can buy DX. �40 million including liabilities & debt and use DX to do their dirty job. Postal workers need to be on zero hour contracts too......the economy / market is hard. Previous generous / on going pension schemes are not sustainable. Good thing is DX bought some postal companies so they can help Royal Mail deliver.

Yeah, most definitely there would be a profit warning. The business is bleeding money on finance costs, useless advertisements, rubbish new product launches and exec pay. We might test 30p flat.........if we don't get a bid now when debt is cheap for bigger companies / private equity, Darby might end up buying the company for �1

Only private investors that can afford to keep buying this share as it goes down would make money. We need a generous offer before the next recession.

DX is too useless at board level to understand that, not sure if any of the directors went to school. They only know how to liquidate a company .

Yes but it is getting better after the former shelf stacker almost ruined the company. Tesco is lucky to have a proper CEO. I think the big four supermarkets are wasting money on advertisements and online delivery. Hot did Aldi and Lidl gain so much sales without delivering online. They don't make loss either and pay their staff better........this Amazon / Ocado mirage is screwing things up. Businesses are built to make profit, cut costs and become more efficient.......Tesco needs to learn from the German supermarkets (they are not Discounters).

Apart from pure fuel cell cars, i think hydrogen fuel cell could be used solely to recharge batteries so most future EVs could be hydrogen hybrid where by the fuel cell recharges the battery only.

Trading was halted when the SP was @ this levels so what is so great about being here and not over 20p?

ojls, Shut up man, my average is 12p, this is personal now not just about making money. You can't cheer about being cheated for a long time and then get a fake jump. We needed this type of jump from above 20p at least. Some stupid guys here are paid by MMs to spew out nonsense.

So many stupid private investors cheering this nonsense. We should be cheering moves above 25p as that is the recovery point. Dumb people forget how this share has been plunged on purpose, no wonder why the MMs and brokers get richer......too many dumb private investors.

ojls, I want a return back over 20p not just a blue day. �19 million contract should result into net profit of at least �1m even for a useless company like DX. A better company can achieve a 10% net profit easily.

Mcap is ridiculous, I guess they want to flush all private investors out.
