I see the seller is still selling into most of the share price strength. If they carry on there maybe some trading cash to be made, if you can time it right! I was tempted to sell a few yesterday when it quickly hit 2.7p and then try and buy back cheaper, but the other seller/s beat me to it! I am really liking the AEG story at the moment - a little more patience required i think! Anyhow re below every little helps when looking to launch CoalSwitch into the market, lets hope the cost of coal stays as high as possible for while yet 'Power-generating thermal coal has reached its highest levels since late 2016 above $100 per tonne as strong manufacturing activity in Asia and China supports prices. Karny, I don't believe any of the web sites are fully accurate and is all a bit confusing TBH Gravendonck (great name BTW!) has 169,000,000 Then agreed a placing 24/11/16 for 42,398,809 @ 2.65p Then agreed a placing 21/12/16 for 30,000,000 @ 2.7p Total 241,898,809 - unless they have sold the exact amount they acquired - which would have been at a loss Gravendonck always seem to be included in any placing to maintain the all important holding % of just under 30% - they are a true believer in AEG by the looks of things! Mr Spinks if you are reading this maybe we can have an update on significant Shareholding on the AEG website following the recent placing plus warrants/options please? Thank you

My reason for it being Matteo is that if he was to buy the wood chipping business from AEG he would need to raise the cash to assist with the purchase - at 2.5p that is �1.6m! Also he no longer works for AEG also assuming he would prefer to invest the money in himself or his own new company and now the deal is not on the cards, he will want out anyway Not sure of this detail but I thought that in certain circumstances if selling an agreed total amount of shares they do not need to disclose TR1 until the full deal is done, maybe through a MM. Maybe the investment company being SA helps. Or have I just made that one up (not really sure!! ) Not sure on Ronald Derrikson re the above reasons - but you may be right Anyhow I am sure we will all find out shortly! Good Luck

Still think its Matteo who is selling from Windstar Investments SA who had/has 63,360,000 shares. I bet he fell out with AEG when they couldn't strike the wood chipping deal in Ukraine after leaving AEG due to the potential conflict of interest when trying to sell the business to him. Assuming if they are dumping the lot then we will hear once all the stock is cleared through and not before! Been in this share for over a year and have seen and experienced how quickly this can move to the upside. Be nice for the new investors to experience this first hand also on the back of all the expected news flow If it is Windstar and they are dumping the lot, surely there are not too many left? Anyone any ideas who the seller maybe if not Matteo?

This seems all too easy after waiting for 6 months - hope its based on the full deal for an RNS tomorrow am - with further detailed information provided Might be good on speculation alone if no immediate RNS but didn't Mr Spinks comment in his interview today they were waiting to the see the Utah plant towards the end of this month - maybe today's RNS is good enough NFL? Good RNS this AM - Well done to the AEG team! Just need to move out this stubborn seller who seems to be matching the buys with quick response selling (and holding the price lower) this has been going on for some time now with no market update on significant shareholders! Anyhow, a bit of info following a little research from the RNS dated 15th Dec - see below quote 'OED is working with DNR, SITLA, and other private sources so that ABS can move forward with procuring the necessary materials to complete their equipment testing and process validation'. Maybe he needs the money for a new business venture as the Ukraine opportunity did not happen. Maybe he thought there would have been some news to increase the SP! He left AEG May 17 and is now Ceo at Fibergy If selling approx 1m shares a day during Oct, Nov and Dec I feel that would just about sort it Pure speculation on my part, but sort of makes sense! Its the only conclusion I can come up with on why there has been a seller in the background for a little while now

Assuming Matteo Girlanda has been and still is the main seller since the end of September when talks ended? Surely, he doesn't have many left now?
