Miners, mine explored areas for proven resources....

No huge entity wants the grief of proving up assets, they want assets straight on the balance sheet. Adding value from day 1. Thats why they pay more for an asset as the risk is largely reduced.

Makes perfect sense MontMuzard...its the same in pharma....they want an instant balance sheet valuation, they don't want to have to prove anything up, just want the instant cash flow to finance the debt. I am waiting for a dividend and long term value with EUA and more asset sales over the next 15 years, which can only benefit long term holders.

I made my final top up today. Got back to the number of shares I had when I sold some 2 days before suspension at 4p (yes 4p D'oh!) Nice to get a chunk at 16.1p.....we will see how this unfolds and I am happy to wait .

I presume they would only tell us that if they had formal offers. ...they only need to tell us info which materially affects the sp/value of the company. Presume that doesn't include informal offers?

Has anyone got knowledge of this?

LOL....testing for a whole host of medical issues is here to stay. NCYT aren't a 1 trick pony.

They will surely be buying a business to extend their footprint & capacity.

Hedge, what do you think ODX is worth in the medium term? Assuming the Antigen LFT is approved for home use in the UK? What then if its approved in Europe? And finally FDA?

Have you crunched the potential numbers? Whats your basis for your thoughts? It would be great to hear a well thought through analysis from you.

I think most LT holders have a view of between £2 and £3.50, but potentially more dependent on pricing and profitability.

In the year and a bit I have been investing here I have never heard of £7 to £12...

I could see NCYT or Bill Gates Foundation buying us out....but time will tell. Diagnostics are in high demand and will be for a long time to come...

I just cant see ODX allowing staff to sit twiddling their thumbs producing nothing whilst they wait for the nod. They must have an idea how they are fairing in the EU home use certification and I believe they are producing to fulfill the future need.

We know they are cassetting for the government.
We know they are producing CD4 and Food Doctor
Haven't heard much about the PCR testing facility....anyone any idea if they are flat out? Screen 4 performance?

Its definitely taking longer to progress than we thought, but the fundamentals are there...once authorisations are confirmed we will move forward rapidly imo.

The numbers involved are massive, so possibly too big to fund as a total payment from 1 company...so JV makes sense.

With the Rosgeo jv I think we will buy the remaining % from the Russian State then announce a JV. Like many LT holders, I want a quick resolution, but given how long this has taken I wouldn't be surprised if this concludes at the end of 2021.

I would dearly like a £5bn pay out and then a 20 year plus dividend.

To be fair, the list of options and potential deals is vast...including Tesla, Toshiba, Apple, Google, traditional miners.......the list goes on.

I have bought as low as 42p but as high as 82p and have an average in the 50's.

Whilst the delays are frustrating, the key share price drivers are likely to happen before the kids go back to school.

You have to ask why the govt are loaning more equipment to ODX...its not because they are going to pull the rug from under us...its because they know the skills we have and how we can support the UK diagnostics sector.

EU approval for self use due soon (end of July was expected - could be notified next week). FDA approval end of August into September (expected)...UK RTC approval for self use likely before the end of August....in time for the schools going back. Surely we must be stockpiling for this now.....

They do have the 2m capacity...and that was on time. They have not got confirmed orders as yet as the government need to sign off the relevant test.

I have bought more today as 50p is a steal...I will continue to buy at these levels as and when I can...Colin bought at 53p last year so bargain basement imo.

It could well be a closed period given the market sensitive info they have on developments of the business model. Directors can only buy outside of these periods.

As further announced on 15 June 2021, Monchegorskoe LLC was created to hold the licence for the Nyud open pit PGM and battery metals deposit ("Nyud"). Eurasia's 100% YGK has signed a notarised agreement with Rosgeo Group company pursuant to which YGK will become a 75% shareholder in Monchegorskoe LLC after the licence for Nyud is transferred from Rosgeo to Monchegorskoe LLC. Eurasia, through YGK, will also have a right to acquire Rosego's 25% shareholding in Monchegorskoe LLC upon the completion of a JORC Code compliant competent persons report on Nyud.

In my mind, we await the transfer of the Nyud licence in order to progress the sale.....if "substantially all" means all of the business. Alternative view is that EUA want the next project (Nyed) sorted before we agree to the sale of the rest of the resources....

What about all those sharia companies that can't have any debt??? They need the syme model to improve cashflow...

2020 AGM 31st July 2021 (We had the 2019 AGM in April) - logically this has to come before the H1 2021 Trading update.
Trading update H1 2021 - Likely to be in August.
Interims 2021 - September? With Confirmation of Captive Bank by 30th Sept and Italian monetisation...???

Holders just need to open their horizon from days to months and we shold be on our way in Q4 2021.

We have plenty of stuff going on in the next 12 weeks to get us rolling....

Absolute rubbish...they cant sell to individual companies it is only available to medical organisations.

We are waiting for personal use sign off then we are out of the traps.

The EU approval notified in early June is due end of July. That means it could be similar for the FDA.

It is clear that we were waiting for trial results in order to progress to this stage.

We have to be stockpiling in readiness...the order book will be bulging once approvals for home usd are given.

I still cant believe we are down at £3.27...the sp has taken such a beating. Perhaps retail investors have left as they think covid is coming to a close. How wrong they are!

ODX have cash and also have several products that are delivering cash flow (CD4 and food doctor products).

I am a holder here and ODX. ...I could see s time where NCYT purchase ODX....I wouldn't be surprised! Surescreen also an option....think it would be for a lot more than the current ODX mkt cap given they have a £374m order (once the government get their act together and confirm which test they want ODX to produce).

Plenty of space for both companies to make a lot of money here given the demand for LFT's exceeding worldwide capacity.
