Highwalker - I agree with 1GW - its not around the competition side of things, as that is the CMA's role to investigate. The DBEIS is more around strategic business decisions and I think there may be issues in this around national security. I'm not convinced this is good news.

Dropzone - I've been in and out of CRND over the years and currently out, but been watching and sitting on the side lines. Getting Bergen involved with financing last June was never going to be a positive move and we've seen the share price do nothing but fall since then. I'm no expert chart reader but it looks like there is little resistance below about 0.69ish, which means today's closing price might be critical to where it's heading. I'm still waiting for an opportunity to buy back in, but it's not yet IMHO.

John - I sold earlier in the year but this is still squarely on my watch list. The strategic investment is key to CRNDs fortunes and, without tempting fate, we're probably more or less at the bottom in terms of share price. I just don't have funds, yet.

fishing - I agree with alfista - this is a very bad RNS and without doubt it brings the whole integrity of the BoD into question. It appears from the Tiger press release (available on their website) that ECR haven't given them all the required detailed data. My major concern is that if our BoD aren't playing ball with their primary partners, what exactly are they not letting on to us PIs? I've traded this share so not quite the tens of thousands down that some are, but after that RNS I question whether there is going to be any long term return for PIs here. GLA

Ironic - my sentiments too mate. I've been out of here for some time (well before second suspension) but was in at the time of the great, alleged, squeeze. I see that scandal of May 2015 has still never been investigated. Says it all. Hope those with money tied up here get something back. AIM is a cruel arena I'm afraid. GLA.

DrMaccers - just to put my 2penneth worth - 99% of shares on AIM are "IFs", so it's pretty irrelevant to post things like that. There have been enough alleged P&Ds and consolidations here to have racked off most medium to long term investors. Thankfully I came in a lot later and, although down, I'm not in the quagmire some are here. But I am a long term holder in NEW and know the share and what has gone on there in some detail. The naked short in NEW was, allegedly, quite cleverly orchestrated to further strip PIs of their hard earned cash - some people lost significant amounts in what went on there, so please, if nothing else, stop making any parallels with NEW.
