It's becoming a difficult price to break and sustain. If we could ultimately break 0.1475 and hold it, we could pop. GLA

mannan - agreed, but resistance at just under 0.1375 ish is becoming a very hard nut to crack - we had several goes yesterday and simply couldn't sustain it; it's a clear blue sky ahead if we could crack 0.15, but that might need some serious up take on buying. Interesting one to be in - are you invested / gambling on this one??! GLA

draft - agreed, once we can properly break 0.14

Ven - from experience I can't see you getting that opportunity I'm afraid. I hope I'm wrong and you and a few others can recover some money, but this has all the hallmarks of AIM at its finest. Wish you and all holders the very best.

Feel sorry for you guys holding. Been in shares before where this has happened - assets get palmed off to cover debt, PIs get left with an option to massively dilute or if they oppose it at the GM, the company goes bump and everything has gone. The phrase "zero accountability" comes to mind.

Winston - I think it probably is the end - the likelihood is that our debt will get called in and assets will be stripped for next to nothing, leaving CRND as an AIM cash shell. I've been in and out of this share over the years and was lucky enough to be out pre-suspension. I truly hope LTHs the best for any returns on this, but I've been in several before (Sea Energy and IPSA immediately spring to mind) where assets have been sold off to pay off the debts and PIs get left high and dry. GLA, I really mean that.

allianze - agree entirely

There's plenty of examples of AIM companies using acquisitions and suspension as an easy way to delist. I mentioned my knowledge of New world oil and gas. A company that looked to take over Big Sofa, dumped in a loan of £500k and then headed towards delisting. I don't hold huge hope here but truly wish that Mark Jones proves me wrong. GLA

Darkelf - I'm with cookie - please explain?

Rockd - my glass is half empty - I've been in shares that have been suspended before and I can count on one hand the number that came back to any benefit to shareholders. The sad fact about AIM is these things happen, over and over again and nothing is done about it. Despite my dislike for CW10 in the past, one real positive from her posts was the questionable ethics of the BoD. I don't hold much here in monetary terms so I am more interested in others who have significantly more to lose. GLA - simply a waiting game now.

Long time no post here but still holding a small number. I thought that if we were suspended for more than six months the shares on AIM were cancelled? Shame the AGM is today as I was in London on Wednesday and back there tomorrow afternoon - seems I always miss AGMs on my shares. Looking forward to some feedback from other holders.

Gibbo - I'm still very much watching CRND and have been since I sold out some time ago. Agree that the fact the water levels are dropping is very positive and I truly hope we have enough funds to get us to the pot of gold, so to speak. I do feel that the strike was simply an excuse to pull us into suspension - if it was purely about that then we would be back up and dealing. Hope it all works out for holders here who are stuck and I'd like a piece of any pie if it comes back, but the reason I sold out in the first place was I had lost all confidence in the BoD. The paying of consultancy fees in shares was a real red flag for me. GLA

This was one of my first investments back in 2009 and I've been in and out since then, sitting on the sidelines for some time now. The 2nd May RNS was the warning sign for me not to come back in, even at this price. I can't honestly see this coming back as we have too many loans and other financial drains that clearly we could just about manage to keep our heads above water with some income. I wish all tied-in holders the very best and hope it does all end well.
