Yes i would think so , also the other subject on the go today shipping of produce , the oil price has been very favourable for moving cargo worldwide , i wonder if thats why the shipment numbers are up, it make sense to as fuel is a major burn on large cargo vessels

Ive never seen the oil price crash like this before , how does this affect general stock markets will they also crash ?? i know if oil is slightly cheaper it may improve some stocks but this is unknown territory for me ? any pointers welcome

I would think if the ongoing results are promising any big boys interested will be getting updates from synairgen as part of ongoing discussions, this will enable them to act faster to create collaborations? Also if results are good then the next step is to get thier supply capability up to the level that will actually make this a scale that is markt viable. I hope its a UK firm then the country will get the benefit of both in this downturn.

I agree , we currently hear governments and WHO saying working from Home and movement restrictions will be the new norm... they are just conditioning folk a bit there i think as they are panicking about having no exit strategy from lockdown( due to no vaccine) . If SNG001 reduces or reverses the lung inflammation , meaning no ICU or ventilator requirement in the majority of patients, that in itself will mean the health services will be less overloaded and back in an area they can cope with, So this will go a long way to providing more options for thier lockdown exit strategies . Which will be the golden nugget as there will be no vaccine available in the numbers to treat the world population for a long time!!!

I don't think anyone needs to worry about quantities of orders in the pipeline , looking back at RNS's from last few weeks we had the first RNS stating Yourgene were to assist with upscaling manufacturing capability , then on the 15th of april the RNs with Biopharma and Biofortuna also to be assisting with the manufacturing requirement.
The company has obviously been hunting firms with the required technical set up to manufacture the kits , this must mean they have a substantial amount of new business they are promising to clients.

Regards manufacture , I'm hoping that will come with success in the remap trials. I see last week NCYT have now got AstraZ and GSK jumping all over them wanting to partner this will bring manufacturing capacity and also huge buying power for the raw materials .
I think similar will happen with Faron which will allow them to scale up to the demand required to start supplying the pandemic.
Before covid we knew this company had serious potential , now we are in this pandemic and a Faron drug is pivotal in easing burdens on international healthcare providers to free up ICU beds earlier and ventilators , the company is in a place none of us envisaged. Im excited to see what Faron can assist with and Excited for where it may take us as investors.

Ncyt are also in partnership with another company/university that have a much faster test so I can see their involvement being a boost also.
Avct will be a while getting to the market but the simplicity of the test is the jewel there.
Be aware though there is other quick tests on the market internationally, and the one thing to watch out for is any test that gives false positives and false negatives. It would have been good to know which tests had been discounted by PHE/NHS .
If you have position s in any of the good tests you will make money I guess. I've got ncyt, avct ,gdr openprphan,and tek, so well see what happens

I posted last night and my only concerns really were ability to scale up manufacturing and raw materials availability.
Today's news addresses both having AstraZ and GSK onboard will open opportunity of large scale manufacturing, also huge buying power to purchase reagents.
The scope to trial new reagents is also clever mitigation to any more supply shortages moving fed.

VAnv , I also ask myself the same with Novacyt, on one hand looking at the rise since late January to now you'd think it couldnae do much more( me being of the non knowledgeable guesser type) ,
but due to the scale of this pandemic( still unfolding) and health systems ( worldwide not just UK NHS) that are running lean ,
Also due to this affecting multiple countries and all continents , then the scope of demand is huge as we all know( and rising).
The big factor for Novacyt is to make sure it has the access to the raw materials to make thier kits and test them and ensure production capabilities are available to handle WORLDWIDErequirements!! , and that will also be a risk to them as the big players like Roche will be all over that i would expect. Quickdraw may manage to get some info on the raw materials as he mentioned that would be his next research area.
Im not in with much about 3 k in mid february , but I'm just going to sit tight at present, as i think the biggest headache of all countries leaders will be an exit strategy from lockdown.......can anyone think of one that doesn't involve testing ??? So thats why i think we've got a good bit to run yet- hopefully! GLA
