What exactly does a leak from Cytiva look like?????

I'm just going to keep adding on drops, not clever enough to know the bottom. I'm hoping if there is a second wave or increase in c19 after our hasty easing of lockdown and the protest carry ons,it may play right into when ODX need to be spotlighted

Wow that's a big chunk of business to take a hit on.But it shows confidence that what they have created going forward will be worth multiples or else it wouldn't have been worth the risk

heard on radio scotland today that spain was still holding back on any airbridge arrangements with UK , based on how our country has handled transmission control of c19, this will be the case with many countries that have had tighter lockdowns than us. A speedy test that can be used quickly for multiples of people will be invaluable in allowing countries to open borders with confidence , this is just one avenue that will provide a market for a good while after lockdown eases.
although c19 stock sentiments have been dwindling( my impression) over the last few days the real requirements for testing and transmission control are still at the forefront of prevention based on knowledge gained so far. Also be mindful that transmission prevention is the ONLY control we have and is only achievable by identifying viral cases.
Commercially aside the sentiment will bounce i feel in the next week or so as the c19 numbers inevitably increase due to lockdown easing AND knock on of all these mass demonstrations, as we all have seen the graphic presentations of the infection/transmission rate per 1 person.
Its not what we want to see in our communities or want to believe, but i think it will be the reality.
As numbers rise again markets in general will get another big scare especially as governments are less able to support the businesses involved, therefore I'm thinking the c19 stocks are likely to be as safe as other market stocks out there but with added possibilities of upturn .

14days mean nothing in uk, there are currently 3 Mexicans In aberdeen to view an offshore asset for purchase and nobody is policing their quarantine. They think they will view the asset and be back in Mexico at the end of the week!

Makes me wonder if hes had to say this possibly if they have nearly signed a deal with a manufacturing partner that cannot be rns as yet???

Its a nice bit of the country , not as wet as further west and the fishing is good. Im from a small village called Dunkeld originally, our secondary school was up in Aberfeldy so I know the lochtay area well especially up the south side where Erris guys have been looking for gold. Theres a fair bit of history of gold deposits all the way down from northe west Perthshire from Tyndrum down over lochtay to amulree and over toward our other poster "Glenalmond"
As a kid I rememeber an old Lapidarist who made jewellery out of agate and other stones in the village , and his hobby was panning all the streams , he had a Jar in his workshop Full of flakes and small nuggets he found over the years. He showed it to us as Kids and pointed out a streams to try and the basics involved. we only got a few flakes and a cold though :)

Basically ive pasted a paragraph from the RNS the other day as this is reason I think avacta are onto something, as this will make the test a simple operation that doesnt need the back up of a lab, this means much more suited to mass testing avoiding bottlenecks and delays in labs. this opens the consumer base up not only to health services , but any employer or organisation can test employees or members quickly. Possibly airlines too this may have a huge effect on opening up the skies.
ODX rapid Antibody test is another favourite same thing simplicity and useability .
Huge numbers will need tested for differing reasons the companies that make this process as quick and simple as possible will hold the carrot I believe.
I know my industry offshore are desperate for quick accurate testing , and will pay for it.

Back to avacta setting up and thinking ahead to distribution is a smart move and when their product is in place they will just need to push the green button for go and they are straight to making revenue. A good move but they must have confidence that their product is about to be accepted and nearing readiness .

Youd think any country wanting to test its population would have to supply the tests ?? or youd get a pretty erratic uptake of the population actually taking the test??

I noticed yesterday during the Hanckocks half hour ! as he was going through testing he said both types of testing will be needed to "certify" who had been infected ect. This would assist in determining lockdown restrictions etc, im wondering if the plan is old and previously non affected people will have more travel restrictions than those that's had the virus??? My cynical side reckons there going to be a COVID free passport as has been talked about in the below news regarding southern EU countries.
