RE: Covid 19. The majority of people.22 May 2020 07:31
All
I noticed yesterday during the Hanckocks half hour ! as he was going through testing he said both types of testing will be needed to "certify" who had been infected ect. This would assist in determining lockdown restrictions etc, im wondering if the plan is old and previously non affected people will have more travel restrictions than those that's had the virus??? My cynical side reckons there going to be a COVID free passport as has been talked about in the below news regarding southern EU countries.
https://www.euractiv.com/section/all/short_news/covid-19-passport/
"Croatian tourism minister Gari Cappelli has asked for a common protocol on travel, including the so-called “COVID-19 passport”.
This passport would provide that every EU citizen who wants to travel should have a reliable test to detect the virus. According to Greek tourism minister Charis Theocharis, this should be done in the country where the holidays start. If, for example, a German citizen wants to visit Greece, this test will take place in Germany before coming to Greece."
Ive added a link and a section from the story, I will add this to a few of the C 19 BB's to see what all think of this theory and if you dig up any more on this.
But really for C19 testing shareholders it is only good as testing will be widespread requirement for most of the population for a long time.
The decision is whos test to back , they will need the antigen and antibody tests but the ones that are accurate , fast and least needy of clinical /lab based resources will profit best I guess.
