Oh I thought you tested yourself in the morning, the result transferred to your phone app, then you scan your QR I'd in at whatever venue you are trying to enter airport, restaurant or likewise?

Just watched the interview after doing a wee bit of reading, this really is a solution for the logistical issues of test tack trace, takes people and poor management out of the loop. Which is currently where UK is floundering, The UK government NEED this ASAP

how can these politicians say that when likes of Asia were doing decent test and trace in march, also germany have managed testing very well also . we can get a whole vessel crew tested in a day!!

Strange the only mention of treatments was a passing mention of dexa , Nothing else , still aiming at vaccines being the solution. It seems like they dont want to admit there is a successful treatment out there! and closer to use than any vaccine.

Merchantbanker - Firstly they have to prove immunity after having C19 , Then they have to prove how long immunity will last . Before any passport system can be viable, then antibody tests will be in greater need.

I agree , with the complications finding a vaccine solution and now the various outbreaks in this country and other increasing all the time its really worrying governments who are desperate to stay away from more economy threatening lockdowns.
All the ingredients are there for a treatment such as the SNG001 to be a viable solution to keep these countries moving , also if people are getting C19, being successfully treated and recovering in large numbers it MAY make the herd immunity theory become more of a reality than previously thought.
This is definitely worth sitting and letting things play out , I'm in here and Faron for the same reasons and the only way id reduce my positions is when a vaccine or other treatment becomes as viable as what we have at present here.

This may work well for SNG and other treatments being fast racked for C19, a wee touch of reality on how far away we actually are from getting a properly tried and tested vaccine.

Aye Corbyn and co would have had us in serious trouble , but don't defend the lot thats in just now they couldn't even formulate a plan to make temporary PPE and distribute effectively, I know a firm who make plastic bags , said they could easily have done minor changes to machinery to effect a solution ...they were never even responded to ????
Im not saying Boris nd co are any worse than the other options i do think that there isn't really any politicians with any credentials other than vocal skills and salesmanship though. Most of them couldn't manage a shift list for a 2 man canoe!

Hark back to february /March the asian countries were disinfecting thier streets /towns on a huge scale with commercial vehicles bombinb streets at night with some disinfectant, teams of backpack sprayers sanitising public areas ,
MASS testing in february /MArch also , these are countries with huge populations and they managed it and curbed the initial outbreak, Yes they will have resurgences , they will also know that and anticipate that.
Our government haven't even touched on any of these control measures and we are 7 months on - What really is going on ???
We live on an island as well what a huge advantage we had - totally squandered during our token gesture lockdown that achieve b*gger all really, apart from ruining the economy and a lot of peoples livelihoods .
Serious questions need asking to the unaccountable , so called public figures that control us.

,since the US has had such a massive upheaval due to C19. IS it sentiment due to news playing thier localised outbreaks down? OR do the US government cap the prices of whatever the test or treatment is when being used in thier country?

I agree with the view on the value versus risk , but I'm getting more comfortable with thier direction now , especially signing up & looking for extra manufacturing partners. These actions are telling me , product is there and has a market awaiting it, also that market is very large and AVACT are having to add massive scale to thier manufacturing capability.
The saliva test in my opinion will make testing as immediate and practical as anyone could have hoped for , proper mass testing has proved un achievable to date in a lot of countries , it need huge logistic support , taking samples on one day , analysing off site and then contacting the relevant people thereafter.
This test will remove a huge amount of these logistical issues and simplify the entire operation bringing mass testing into the realms of reality for many countries.

Im sure news is very close , and an effective treatment is bound to be so much more than any countries governments were expecting so soon. Takes away the massive pressure of huge scale vaccinations IF a safe vaccine gets released.
IF herd immunity is possible THEN the SNG treatment will make that venture a safe way to continue.
Been in since before the initial jump , still in during this slight fall back , added more earlier this morning.
