Well the Sunday Times comment in the business section said Rico would unveil a "truly dreadful" set of figures Wednesday, so either this sell off is an overreaction or there could be worse to come? A pure gamble IMHO and as I am not a day trader I will sit tight and keep well out for now.

British Steel has said it is seeking further financial support from the government to help it address "Brexit-related issues". It follows reports the company needs a loan of up to £75m to keep trading in the coming months.

Oh bugger that is another £75 mil that will not be going to fund the NHS when we leave the EU. Add that to the £33M already paid out in Ferry contract damages (with more lawsuits likely) and the additional £56M involved in either terminating or extending said contracts and we are up to a staggering £164M on Brexit-related transport issues alone. Yes its going really well and it was all supposed to be so simples.

So what! This is a single issue election and I will vote for whoever I think has the highest chance of stopping a hard Brexit in my geographical area. Many Tories will vote for the Brexit party on the same basis, but will probably never vote for them ever again. As for the paper tiger that is Farago, he will disappear from the political stage as soon as the EU elections are over.

I have a great idea for promoting the Brexit party! After a long session in the pub Nigel could get into a small light aircraft piloted by a "mate" and tow a large banner extolling the virtues of voting for him over rural Britain. a vote winner for sure!

Like most people I vote differently in local and national elections. Locally I have voted Lib Dem for years as our man (unlike the dismal Labour drones and offensive Conservatives) actually works very hard, responds to needs of the local community and actually effects change for the good. Nationally, I will not be voting for Corbyn as voting Labour in a GE here is basically a wasted vote (as is voting Tory). So I will be weighing up who is best aligned with my views and beliefs and may make the biggest impact nationally.

I am no great fan of the woman, but for one who regularly accuses others of simply looking up information on the internet in order to bolster their arguments instead of relying on their intrinsic, and therefore superior, knowledge BB you would think you could at least have realized that the "Sturgeon Super-injunction" story which popped up on one internet forum back in 2017 was a complete fabrication. Just because a salacious story gets re-tweeted numerous times does not make it true. On the other hand it could be your subconscious fantasies coming to the fore .......each to their own eh.
