From the RNS of 3rd April: "The Company has until mid-May 2025 to elect to acquire the assets and settle the approximately US$11.5 million dollars remaining of the consideration over a period of 12 months." As we haven't been told that they have chosen not to acquire them and, indeed, have sold a tranche of them for $6+ million, plus further mention in later RNSs post the deadline above about exploiting the stockpile, the conclusion is that the material is now our asset.

What remains of the large waste stock pile is worth resale, based on the 1sr transaction, somewhere in the region of $150 million, less the remaining payment for it, say $10 million, some £105 million. Of course, were we to process it ourselves over time it is worth in excess of $3 billion.... The current share price is a travesty and a joke.

But then, Seis, we would have been tied into two metals groups both with an uncertain future for different reasons as opposed to having developed and now owning major production facilities and vast resources of a metal, the future of which is pretty much nailed on positive. Strategy doesn't happen overnight and hindsight isn't always a wonderful thing.....
