Using your figures (and as Seis has pointed out, 90 million tonnes were excluded early on from the initially quoted 350 mt) let's forget your "150 mt of the material might be refractory" and be pessimistic about the remaining 100 million tonnes. Lets say it only contains 0.5% grade copper and of that we can only recover 50% at $2,000/t operating profit. That's still $500 million dollars ..... for $18 million outlay. You'd need some pretty high overheads to lose money, wouldn't you agree? And Shuvlin, yes, the company does monitor the boards, as Neal told me so.

The raison d'etre of Jubilee is unlocking metal from material others struggle with. In the meantime PIs have added 52,949,935 through HL and 66,274,126 through II, that's 119,224,061. Who has soaked up the other roughly 240 million / 8% in issue is a good question .....

Draslowka's glycine tech is intended to be used to treat the low grade ore from Munkoyo and Grovenor (and any other sites acquired one would assume) and probably on the back end expansion of Roan. It allows for higher extraction percentages by making soluble, metal in transition ores that won't leach with acid. In H1, Copper cost of production was higher due mainly to a once off contractual adjustment of US$0.8 million to the price of copper ore purchased = $550/tonne over the 1,454 tonnes CU produced. Without that, copper EBITDA would have been +$0.1 million. Per tonne revenue was lower as the percentage of Copper units as concentrate produced increased over the comparative period in 2024. As Seis points out below, now we are producing mostly cathode with a much higher selling price nearer to $9,000/t as opposed to $6,191 giving nearly $3,000/t extra profit. Operationally, leaving aside the redundant resource sales, which are perfectly normal operational activities too, managing company assets, the copper business should be generating an operational profit of around $3,500 - $4,000/t.

Ardbeggar.... CURRENTLY we are all concerned about the proposal to divest the South African business and what the state of the Copper business is in Zambia. We all acknowledge that there was period of shutdown which very obviously affected the copper profitability but NOW the copper operation is running, producing copper in some quantity and NOT loss making. THAT is very relevant to how investors reading this board perceive the situation. How accountants see it is irrelevant. We are producing copper in quantity, not as much as we should have been, but we are. We also have regular income from payments for the tranche of the large waste rock project ($600K/fortnight) and from the disposal of the unneeded tailings asset (approx. $1 mill/mth). Those are the facts relevant to investors, not the historic accountants view of the past. End of.

We are not talking about the last accounts, we are talking about CURRENTLY which is what you said. And CURRENTLY the situation should be approximately what I laid out. On what we have been told, we are producing significant amounts of copper producing a significant operating profit.

You have no idea what it is performing like TODAY, CURRENTLY, but it is very, very unlikely to be making a loss CURRENTLY, especially given the recent disposal of $12.3 million of unneeded resources. Roan should be producing on average 300 tonnes copper units/mth for refining at Sable. Munkoyo ore should be producing another 100 tonnes copper units per month from Sable and the historic waste rock at Sable will be adding to that. As an estimate, 500 tonnes per month of copper cathode will produce an OPERATING PROFIT of approx. $2 million per month. To state that it is CURRENTLY loss making is a lie, and a very improbable one at that.
