Simple answer - No. A majority resolution can remove him as a director, but cannot, by itself, confiscate already-granted options. Any removal or cancellation of his option rights would have to follow the plan’s leaver/malus rules or be with his consent; otherwise it risks being a breach of contract / subsisting rights. Investors, unless they are stupid, and some here plainly are, must trust the management to do the right thing because, unless they actually work for the C-Level of the company too, they can never know or understand all of the factors affecting the business and decisions made about it. True, Leon has given us all cause to question and be rightly angry about past decisions and he has admitted that mistakes have indeed been made. But name me a company that hasn't done so; as the expression goes, if you don't make mistakes you are not doing anything. And if anyone is still invested here, it surely must be on the basis that they still believe the executive team will get the execution right...or else they would have sold up and left the field? Which makes such "investors" as Sir Boring and a few other S African Johnny-come-latelys, who seem to wish the company will underperform and the share price fall, hard to take seriously.

I don't venture to know more about the intricacies of processing than the company and no one has inside knowledge of exactly what they are doing right now, so why would I comment? I invested in their expertise which was amply demonstrated with Chrome and I believe will be so with copper. Anyone who claims to have a greater understanding than the company about the right course of action has an over-inflated view of their own abilities, IMO, regardless of their qualifications.

Swervington, the MMs make money on every trade regardless of the direction of the trade. They just want volume. Their only concern about the price is how to keep the trades churning. SCAP have been driving the price for the last few days to generate volume and profit for themselves.
