Project G INCLUDES AN ON-SITE UPGRADING FACILITY capable of pre-concentrating the mined ROM material with an IMMEDIATE capacity to produce 3 000 tonnes of copper concentrate per month, containing 10% to 15% copper. It would seem strange to have acquired a 65% interest in an operating mine with a 3,000t/mth concentrator a year ago and to have then shut it down ... as one imagines the 35% owner would want it to continue operating...

Re. Project G, from the RNS of 24/06/2024:

"§ Jubilee concludes two copper resource transactions of operating open-pit mines accessing near-surface copper material (open-pit operations) which significantly increases its copper resource base (Acquisitions).

§ The Acquisitions are in support of the expansion of Jubilee's Sable refinery (Sable) to target 16 000tpa of copper.

§ The acquisition include:

o Project M - which has commenced with the delivery of material to Sable 3 months ahead of schedule targeting to reach 25 000tpm at a grade of 3-4% Cu within Q3 CY2024 with a project life expectancy exceeding 8 years (Acquisition One); and

o Project G - an OPERATING open-pit copper mine targeting to ramp-up to 20 000tpm at a grade of 3-4% Cu Q4 CY2024 with a life expectancy in excess of 8 years (Acquisition Two)."

"The project plan for Project G targets to expand the EXISTING open-pit operations to achieve an initial mining rate of 10 000 tonnes per month by February 2025. Project G INCLUDES AN ON-SITE UPGRADING FACILITY capable of pre-concentrating the mined ROM material with an immediate capacity to produce 3 000 tonnes of copper concentrate per month, containing 10% to 15% copper. The lower grade copper reef will initially be stockpiled at source for future processing through the targeted regional processing hub. "

As noted by Leon, Project G is considerably larger than Molefe.

IIs don't hold 60%. You tried to claim this before and were shot down. But to let you disprove yourself, list the organisations you believe are institutional investors and their holdings.

You are wrong. Private investors are in the majority and it is momentum as a result of positive sentiment that will increase the share price. Once an uptrend is established and an increasing share price is seen, small investors will pile in, given the virtuous nature and the economics of the business in a world demanding more and more copper.
