"This award of share options to Peter at a significant premium to the current share " Pah! 5p is not a significant premium .... 10p would be significant. Basically he is being given £2 million if in 8 years the share price rises to 5p... its a gimme.

Frankly I don't want a greater range of IIs if it means they hold a majority of the issued stock. At present PIs would appear to be in the majority and therefore cannot be bounced out of our investment to suit an II led agenda.... The fact that Gervais has bought back into the company is very positive.

BB... you don't know what he bought them for originally..... but that he is prepared to invest £4+ million into the company's stock NOW is a definite positive and, with the Henderson investment too, gives the lie to the idea that the IIs have been selling out for reasons related to company governance.

BB, that is the tangible NAV; it doesn't include intangibles, which as we see from the SA sale, have real value.

The market is often short-sighted but 2.5p will not be here for long, so you better get those cents out of your TFSA soon.... :)

Bottomsup .... the overall number of shares in issue will not change as a result of IIs trading... Why should it? That is totally different to WHO has carried out the trades and the resultant holding percentages, of which they are responsible for notifying the company.....which then issues a TR1 RNS.
