With any new business, there is great degree of faith involved in any decision to invest. Dis it and miss it ...or take a risk and possibly back another Nvidia. But my point, ukbbbbbb, was that there was no deadline committed to, and as you say it wasn't issued in a RNS. It seems to me that it was an indication of a general time period not a set date to be adhered to, so the next few hours are not really of consequence and shouldn't be viewed as such. You say it is not hard to fix, but it is intended to be a review of all of the assets and operations in Zambia and the strategies attached to these which is not a small piece of work and will require being signed off by the NOMAD before release. A quick fix is unlikely give the scope, and it not appearing within the next hours is not, IMO, cause to view it as a miss.

Sn88, 'New CEO, new additional cost.' This is a totally accurate statement, although I might have added "probably considerable" in the middle of it. That, pray God, he will be greatly beneficial to the .... progress of QED is a separate issue. His CV reads incredibly well and a decades long career in business has taught me that people do business with people. Frog / ukbbbbbb .... so far the only reference to the intended update that I can find is in a private email to me from Jonny, but I know he made the announcement in a wider forum that so far I haven't traced. In the email he simply said "I am planning a RNS for the end of the month ...." Interpret this as you will but to me the intention is "I am planning a RNS AROUND the end of the month ..." which could extend to a window of several days either side, so the first week of October is still within that intent. I don't see any benefit to getting hung up on a few days. The content of the update is surely the only thing to be concerned about and I have every faith in Jonny that it will be forthcoming very shortly and bring a clear, unambiguous view of the way forward.
