RE: Value destruction !!!! :-(7 Sep 2025 09:46
I am reposting an excerpt of a previous post: "... but for literally everyone, it is their sentiment toward the company, shaped by all aspects of how it is portrayed, financial, operative and reputational, and possibly their own sense of having been wronged by it in some way, that determines whether they buy or sell the stock. Investing is ultimately an emotional decision. That is what the word sentiment means. You feel good about the prospects of the company so you buy. You read lies and innuendo about it, and if you are influenced by them, then you might not buy or even sell, if you are gullible enough to believe them. There is no greater truth than for every individual their perception IS their reality. And what influences your perception forms the subjective "reality" that you act upon. That is sentiment." I think you, and several others posting here "volubly", recently, fall into the "sense of having been wronged by it " category, Fatman, and now, somehow, want "revenge"?? Is that right? Otherwise, if you are holder, I can't see what you hope to achieve by these posts. Describing all investors as foolish, I assume including you, does suggest as much.
