If jet pump installation starts Monday maybe finished by the following Monday the 21st. At least 10 days, probably longer, to establish the new flow rate. That takes us to the end of the month, minimum. Then a week or two, for a jv to be announced in principle. As always, we can hope for sooner, but I would say mid September, if we are lucky, for the SP to shift up significantly.

Sprint. There is a possibility they may use the jet pump to improve production for some of the old oil wells. Perhaps that is what you are thinking of?

The reason they refracked 77h, an old depleted well was that they didn't have the cash to drill a new well. The purpose of the refrac was to demonstrate the new fracking methodology and thereby bring a jv on board to finance the first new wells. Roland has said the refrac has achieved this. However, the flow has been impeded by the condensate build up. The jet pump is being deployed to show that the condensate can be easily removed from new wells.

They previously said that getting a jv was not contingent on the success of the pump. In spite of that, I think most of us believe that the jv is waiting to see the outcome before committing.

They are not as sprint suggested doing any more fracs on old wells. Well 77h is an old depleted well and it is new wells in virgin rock that it is hoped will produce 4 mmscfd from multiple zones.

Hi Elegance. Syn have very little money. Also, some of the value of Cambay us already factored into the market cap. Otherwise, the mcap would be one or two million, not 9.5 million. Not really suggesting a price of 0.17 or 3p for that matter. We won't know until the rns drops. Atb.

Of course, if you go to the other extreme and say Syn's 49% share is worth half of $725 million, you get about 3p a share. Lol. At the end of the day it's worth whatever the jv is will to pay.

Very hard to say Walkman. Two wells would cost 20 million usd or £15.6 million. If you divide that by 9.1 billion shares, that makes about 0.17p per share. Doesn't sound nearly enough, given that the stated NPV for 10 wells has been stated at $725 million, with a full field development being maybe 30 wells. Also, how much extra is operatorship worth? My guess is the deal may be more complex, with additional payments and/or paid for drills, further down the line depending on returns. Syn could also sell the remaining 49% at some point. Hopefully, we'll know all in the next few months.
