Have to say that's pretty standard legal wording Zag. They said much the same when they were trying to buy gspc's 55%.
Not sure the flow rates are likely to be amazing, whatever that means. Immediately after the refrac they got around 0.5 mmscfd, which quickly fell away as the condensate built up. The last we heard in April it was 0.15 mmscfd. So it would be great if it got back close to the original 0.5. Of course there has been a fair bit of production since then, so who knows? There will be some contribution from the old zones but probably not that much. After all, the reason they were plugged in the first place was so as to not confuse the issue with the new zones. I suspect that Roland will be able to say to the potential jv's that most of the flow rates, before and after the pump, are coming from the new zones. Perhaps that's why he went along with the DGH. Speculating really, wont really know until all is revealed in rns's. Gla.
