They have delayed by insisting on connecting the old zones prior to pump installation. Hardly a deliberate delaying tactic though. Hopefully, might be worthwhile playing ball if it leads to quicker jv approval.

Sprint. They said mid August to start pump installation. So let's consider the quickest possible time scale.

So installation starts 15th August. They said it would take 8 days. Might be a bit quicker if they have done some of the work in the interim. So flow testing maybe starts on 21st August. Briana said in an email that to give the DGH the data they want might be about 10 days. So that takes us to Thursday 31st August. So in theory we might hear about improved flow rates by Monday 4th September and a jv agreed in principle by the end of that week, the 8th September. But, hey, this is Syn so that scenario is unlikely.

Petsonally, I think the earliest we are likely to hear that a jv has been agreed in principle is mid to late September. Could be much later but let's hope for the best. Gla.

That must be infuriating Steven. It also gives the genuine long term sick and disabled a bad nane. More than once I've overheard idiots in pubs ranting about how virtually all disabled/sick people could work if they wanted.

I suppose I was lucky that I loved my job and with my health, as I had a total of less than 20 days sick leave in 50 years. Also lucky to live here in the South East as we never seem to wait more than a few weeks for tests scans etc. When I had my hip replaced, from first talking to the GP to having the op, it was less than 4 months . Yet, you hear stories of people waiting for years in terrible pain. Highly efficient, in hospital for 2 days. When my sister had her knees done 10 years ago, it was 10 days and 7 days, so efficiency is improving.

Hi Jack. I don't recall ever mentioning an sp target for flow results.Love to think you are right , but I would be amazed, if the flow results got us to 0.4p. For that to happen, I would guess the improved rate with the pump, would have to be significantly greater than the 0.5 mmscfd they got immediately after refrac. We also need to remember that the flow from this well is not that relevant to what is expected from the new wells, drilled in virgin rock. Roland himself said that last year. Ultimately, its how the potential jv's interpret these results that matters. Atb.

Yes. Agree with all of that Conger. Nevertheless, if we want care to be available equally to all who need it, the only way is by taxation. I think, a special tax, set aside just for that, so people could see what they are paying for would be best. There are many who could afford more tax. Agree about us old gits paying NI.

Yes it's high time the care system was paid for out of general taxation. Most would pay more tax and moan about it, but it would be much fairer. Anyone who had the cash could pay more for something posher.
