Guide for a flat revenue/EBITDA in 2025 is the first of green shoots, IMO. I suggest that the hyperscalers' Capex cycle moderating at the likes of Nvidia/Broadcom will herald an upswing in Opex spend with the likes of S4 - that's the potential big upside story for us in 2025.

That's where a material upswing could materialise..

Net debt below $150M. Revenues finally showed an improvement on previous quarters - that's great and that on the back of reduced headcount.

Kind of a mini whopper - not like the whoppers that didn;t materialise at S4 in the past 2 years - GM not withstanding.

Dour Q4 results is baked into the share price, IMO. It's whether finally green shoots are appearing with Trumpty in charge - that's the big question mark for the market. Some chunky job cuts will certainly be seen in the tech practice in Q4 and that should help, and the GM account will start yielding more revenue in 2025 and that's a plus. Commentary on the traction that their AI initiatives is bringing to the business will also be useful.

I wouldn't view today's DeepSeek led US tech selloff as a harbinger for S4's performance.

The jump in trading volumes and the price on the 21st this month is more telling, IMO. Was that driven by a news leak (better than expected trading update)? We'll know more in 20 hours.

I can't agree more. I'm guilty of it on the odd occasion even though I try my best to avoid a direct conversation with him - it's pointless when someone can't even be truthful about why they hang around like a rash on this board. He loves people responding to him so that he can go on and on about why CPI is imminently going bankrupt. 'Utter tripe' doesn't even justify his inane comments and obsession with CPI.

Anyway, we're in a holding pattern until the March results announcement, unless there is some news on contract wins OR Keir gives us a large AI contract with us being pioneers and all that ;-)
